Good food for ok price for Amstelveen. This place has pretty much only that going for it. Service is lower than average and the atmosphere is certainly not cozy. So best is to take away their food, for which this place is quite a solid option if you're craving Turkish snack food. Sammie is the best waiter! We just moved into Amstelveen and had an AMAZING time.. firstly, customer service by sammie was off the charts! Me and my boyfriend were so impressed by the food, family atmosphere and great conversation. Thank you so much sammie for a great night! Will see you again very soon!

You order something you get something else. Also this has happened more than once. You suggest that don't order through online medium but directly through us and you cheat in this way, simply unacceptable. And rather than apologies you give excuses. Really bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If it was possible, I’d give a 0 star rating. Stated that it would arrive between 20-40 minutes, then preceded to say it would be 10 minutes later. Only arrived 2 hours later and when it did arrive, not only was it cold, it was undercooked and had missing components. Late delivery can happen sometimes, but the food itself was tasteless and I couldn’t even finish it even though I was starving waiting for 2 hours. Regardless of the late delivery, I would still never order from here again. I recommend any other place for a kapsalon and fries. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner

I visit every week to get pizza as well other items. My favorite is chicken pizza. They know my taste and will add the spicy hot sauce for my pizza. I tasted other items and all are tasty. They are very friendly.

A mate of mine used to be a regular here, having last visited about two years ago. Since he invited us, he tried to stay positive. But the kapsalon we had were less tasty and smaller than we are used to, so it's less value for your buck. The Turkish pizza I had was not closed on the bottom side, so it immediately began leaking gravy on my clothes and the table. The personnel was friendly, providing cutlery and asking how the food was. Overall though, wouldn't recommend.

Tasty food. Good pizzas, especially on Monday nights. Open really late for when you need something to eat and don't feel like going into Amsterdam to find something still open past 22:00 to get some actual food.
