(14.12.24), Other people’s orders behind us got before us. Our order was 543, people with order number-until 560 got their food. we are still for almost 30 minutes for our order. they said it was system error. If so, they should have checked the order number manually. Only when customers asked, they referred to system. Also, half of fries from the bag fall off on the rank. The staff gives me like that. Order was delayed. I never waited that much long before in any other KFC. After checking, one of the staff said it was system error. No apologies. So annoying to wait for long time in the cooking smell while many people after our orders get their foods. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Service: 1

Next to a workshop is this KFC. Food is standard KFC. Staff is overworked and they charge for plastic glasses (!!!). You won’t see your refund (at least not in my case). Could be not be managed worse if they tried. Very kind and helpful stuff, but they're so stressed out and understaffed and general that mistakes in orders are common, waiting times are long and the general ambience is quite terrible. From customers losing their patience, getting frustrated with mistakes in their orders and just a general sense of anxiety in the kitchen. You know it's bed when you start to feel sorry for the employees... Whoever owns or manages this fast food joint should apply for a job at McDonald's because he is a ducking clown!
