For some reason, KFC just doesn't taste as good as before. The chicken tenders are huge! But they are kinda tasteless and you have to dip it in sauces to even want to finish them. I actually came in for A&W today. We got a couple combo meals and root beer floats. We got two A2's and 1 A7 no lettuce. The fries were hot and delicious, I ate them all before my burger. Enjoyed the extra crunch of the coating they put on them. The burgers were not as hot, but we're quite good. Bacon was a good texture, not all floppy. The cheese flavor was overwhelming on the burger. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. And the floats were what I remember as a child. Still the best hands down. Haven't been to KFC for a long time. Food was yummy service was great. Price was reasonable (8 pieces with two large sides and biscuits for $30) and lots of parking. DO NOT EAT AT THIS KFC!!!! I placed an order on the mobile app. I realized I forgot an item so I ordered it when I arrived inside the restaurant. After I ordered, I grabbed my mobile order off the pick up shelf and stood aside waiting for my other order. The idiot woman behind the counter came up and asked to see my email confirmation for the pick up order I was holding; insinuating I had taken someone’s order. I did not say a word to this idiot and chose to post my experience and to report this to their corporate. I spend quite a bit of money here and am appalled at how I was treated. The fried chicken tasted different than the usual, as if the oil had been reused 50 times and was highly carcinogenic. The covering was bitter. And they forgot to give us coleslaw in our box. Strawberry shake was sugar laden and wasn’t really a shake, it was an ice cream. Not sure why they put a straw in in! It tasted good though. Super unhealthy, needless to say. To top it all, service wasn’t good.

KFC and A&W restaurant in one building. I got A&W on this visit. The burger was great and fast service, however the fries were not fresh during a 5:30 pm visit. The building was very clean and the staff were professional. Would have been 5 stars if fries weren’t old.

This place is awful. The staff are fast at making bad food that you didn't order. They are friendly, but it just doesn't make up for the total incompetence at making edible food.

They will get your order wrong, not give you parts of your order, and never give you a receipt. If you try to fix your order or get your missing item they will yell at you and tell you it's your fault. If you try to complain to corporate you will get no response.
