Bad experience. Cashier was helpful giving me options but not worth it. Their soda machine is broken and only had water and sweet tea but was told until I paid for my order. Order not prepared correctly after cashier confirmed at the pickup window; staff worked without hairnets, they did not have funds to make change and cashier could not count. When I called the store to tell about my order after I got home, they never answered the phone. There was a lot of playing around by staff. I spent 38 dollars on a family meal and I get home and there are no biscuits. I live 30 minutes away and I wasn’t about to drive round trip an hour for biscuits but I wanted them to to know about my missing item but no one answered the phone. We all depend on customer service and hopefully good customer service. They would expect to be on the good end just like me but are not giving good service. Went to this location last night mind you it's 15 mins from my house. I ordered the Thursday football fill up. Get home bite into the oldest driest chicken I ever had. Mind you it's crispy I ordered original. This chicken had to be sitting in the warmer for a couple hours. The chicken nuggets were completely dry through and through. I returned to the location over 30 mins before close and the manager told me they couldn't remake my order because they already cleaned the fryers. After they explained they couldn't refund me I asked them if they weren't remaking my food and wouldn't refund me how I was supposed to eat. They said they didn't know. The the manager with purple hair tells me she's about to go she been off the clock and the other Brianna ask me if she could go. I went through the drive-thru the speaker did not work I waited 10 minutes nobody said anything so when I pulled up to the window they claim they did not hear me and that I could not place my order at the window and they want me to go back around and order on the speaker I refuse even when I talk to the manager he suggested the same thing so I will not be going back there and I told him that I would not attend they still again whether I'm concerned KFC in Forest Hill on Mansfield highway is a poor self-service Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fried chicken weren’t fully cooked. It was pink inside. Seasoning was amazing but I didn’t want to die. Had to wait over 20min to get my order. Soda taste like water. Definitely not going back.

First they gave me Mac and Cheese instead of fries (not sure how you can make that mistake when fries sound nothing like Mac and cheese) and some old wings. I had to come back to the restaurant was asked to park so they can cook fresh fries and chicken......waited for at least 10-12 minutes. A lady brought my food (see pic below) fries looked as if they were dumped on top of the chicken bowl!! To make matters worse the fries were old and cold!! I was really upset because this would have been my first meal of the day. Also, I'm currently grieving the unexpected loss of My Mom ~ fries are my comfort food‼️I gave them two stars because of how the manager (I believe it was the manager) handled me when I returned for the second time. He even said he can clearly see the fries aren't fresh ~ I received a full refund and the manager recommended that I keep the wings as they are fresh.

Do not visit this location! I went at 4 p.m. to order a box on a Sunday! I was told they were out of chicken nuggets, that they were frozen and it would be a 20 minute wait! I changed my order to an 8 piece meal and was told there would be a 30 minute wait! There was no line and no other cars there! How are you out of everything you serve? Food: 5
