Before I say anything:
Bruno was our superhero. Really nice, helpful and genuine young man who helped us out!! Give that man a raise.
We went here to grab some food. We ordered the Holiday Bucket with loaded fries. The Ordering display in the entrance didn't show the loaded fries, we thought they will be made automatically. Turns out it's an ordering problem, not our fault, we got normal fries. The employees were super annoyed with us, even though it wasn't our fault. Bruno came to help and got everything going thankfully! We got the fries and started eating wings and then.. 4 instead of 6. So I went back again, another coworker obviously annoyed, and ask if we misunderstood the order or if there's missing 2 Wing. Missing. So they took the ones we had and brought 3. So still wings missing. Went there AGAIN. And finally our hero Bruno was able to help again and figured everything out. His co-workers are hideous.
We wish Bruno the best for his future (A Raise minimum).

Place is clean and tidy. It was little crowded for a Sunday evening. Got my order under 10 minutes. But sadly chicken didn’t taste like KFC for some reason

Came there at 1800 been standing there for an hour. Got my money back because i demanded it. They still took in orders even they knew they could not forfill them. The manager closed all windows because we were all standing there and asking for money back. But still took orders at the window of cars
Would not recomend again
They always forget something from your meal and you have to go remind them..but not only ones. But kfc is kfc, meal always perfect.

Its a normal KFC the order machines have an awfull UI. The amount of cross selling and the invisible buttons to say no make it a bad experience. I would have given it 1 star but the food is decent.
Not a fast food place at all! 30 mins for a burger meal!!! Order placed at 13:34 delivered at 14:02. They supposedly offer eat-in service but there are no table numbers when you order at the kiosks so you have to pick up the order yourself. Do not go if you are in a hurry.
The restaurant looks clean and nice. The toilets are clean as well. But the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive at our table. And this wasn't the first time it happened to me. One visit i ordered icetea, went to get it from the machine, when i took a sip i tasted cola. I went to ask about it and they said "oh yeah the icetea is out, so we changed it for pepsi".....
Safe to say this is my last time going to this specific kfc

Service is incredibly slow, even outside of rush hours expect to spend 30+ minutes waiting for your food while cars in the drive pass through in a fraction of the time.
This has happened on multiple occassions even though there were never more than a handful of other customers.

Waited 50 minutes for my order, which turned out to be lost… I had to go to the cashier and ask about it otherwise I would wait another 50…..
Finally got it, and it was not complete ! Realized after I left cause they took my receipt so I couldn’t check there….

Firstly, the food is fine as it is the same as all of the kfc places so no complaints here. But the staff is really bad here. Before we got our food we already saw several people going back the counter coz the personnel forgot to give something. And yes the same happened with us. They forgot some sauces and two orders of French fries. After waiting 5 minutes till finally somebody came out of the back to the counter they have the sauces and said they will make the French fries. I went back to my seat and waited. After 10 minutes I went back to the counter and waited again and when the same person as I spoke to earlier with saw me she made a gesture indicating that she forgot about it. Good thing she then got it right away.
Anyway, train your staff to work and not chit chat amongst eachother even when it is quiet.
