Even though this KFC is open till 21.00 your online order will be cancelled 30 - 45 minutes later if you order at around 20.00 which is reasonable. They let delivery people ride up to the restaurant for nothing and when they arrive the KFC will cancel the order. This happened multiple times now. It will be the last time I'll order here. Bad for both customer and the hard working delivery employees.

extremely long waits, far to overcrowded and mediocre food at best (mediocre for fast food standards)
This did not happen once, but every time we went here.
Other KFC’s are a 1000 better than this one.
Please close it and pet Burger King take it’s place.

Terrible service!!!! We were waiting our order for more than 30 minutes! Employees are like turtles and barely moving. You need to fire your manager and everybody working there! I never saw such an awful service! 😖
I do not recommend! I waited 55 minutes. There weren't many people. No organization! The food was not warm. Old. This is the last time I'm here!

The service of this location is far beyond 'worst ever'. Today, Oct 8th, 2023 I spent from 3:40pm till 4:25pm in the drive thru to finally get my order... with a baby on-board. This is yet another horrible experience in the list of experiences that I have with this location. Time and again I try to give this location a try to see if things improved, just to be let down by its staff and (especially) the management of this location. Today it was the delay; and if it's not that, it's wrong orders or incomplete orders.
My advice? There are so many more options to pick from at this location; go somewhere else even if customer service replies to this entry by telling how 'saddened they feel'. It's time for some serious change.

The worst place I’ve ever been. Every single time had to spend about an hour to get the food, but this time it’s enough. After one hour I asked about my order - the woman with the smile on her face says, that I’ll not receive it due to no products I ordered, and that was not the first time. Employees walk with a turtle speed - like me, in the kitchen before first coffee, at 7:00AM, thinking “what am I doing here and what everybody wants from me?”, when 20 people are waiting for the food since an hour.
I did exactly the same, what the other people do - requested for return my money, and probably I’ll never come back, if nothing changes. If you don’t want to waste your time - go to McDonalds, Subway or wherever in the neighborhood. KFC CEO - take care about this place because it’s worthless.

This place it terrible, you wait for 2 burgers for 20 minutes when there are no other orders. If you want to eat around 17.00 you can go shopping, come back after 30mins and still wait for your order. Everything is cold except for the fries. Just go to McDonald's or subway instead, you'll get your food served in 2 minutes

The KFC has unlimited drinks and the service is great. It is clean and not too busy most of the time. They do have a bit of problems with the disposable cups, as not all employees are used to giving us the large disposable cups. However, this is negligible.

Quick stop at a smartly arranged fast food pick up area. Lots of different choices... I went for KFC. I love KFC hot wings, a bit of connoisseur let's say.
Stopped off to order my 6 hot wings and the guy was very rushy taking my order even though no one else was waiting. He sounded bored and like I had disturbed his time.
Got my hot wings super fast.... My man ordered a crispy chicken, which in the middle of the afternoon is usually a bit suspect when it so fast. That crispy chicken was so sad looking, it looked like a tender strip broken in half and thrown from a distance at a bun for fun, it was also stone cold. The cheese in the bun was half a slice and the whole thing squashed like someone had patted it down with a foot. My hot wings were semi warm, obviously been sitting a while because they get chewy and not juicy, not the best hot wings but I am still alive to write this.
Milkshake was very good at least.
