Big drama, that’s the only thing what i can say.
We have an order for 4 person, waiting time-25 minutes, restaurant was almost empty at this moment, but this was nothing.
Few missing things:
1 kids meal
Coffee
Cola
2 shakes.
In order for kids we order chicken filets- we get kip corn, in second kids meal- spicy wings.
Also we ordered 3 milkshakes:
2 strawberry
1 milkshake
They bring to us 2x milkshakes and one strawberry.
For 2 persona we ordered also „Loaded fries with chesse- WITHOUT BACON”, at the table… surprise, we got only with bacon.
Of course everything was cold, capuccino was makes very quickly after i came 3rd time to say that i dodn’t grt everything to my order and it tastes like a….. water?
Really i love KFC but i’ve never meet with that kind of terrible services and taste of food. It’s ridiculous, i only lost my 60€ and no one will give it back to me. Shame on you!

Ordered our dinner. Had to wait 25 min. The employee had belly less shirt on and was absolutely unfriendly.
Drink (Lipton Icetea) was mixed with 7up???
Fries were super old, unseasoned.
One of the worst experiences ever.
Never gonna go there agein.
Thankfully McDonald's is next door.

Today arround at 18.00 i go to kcf to get my dinner, i boughtdouble stacker & I got my double stacker with salad is really old n the chiken is really not crispy n old as well, soo dissapointed!!! to the one who ruind my dinner tonight thank to you hope you happy treating customers like this !!!😒😒😡😡😡

We were here today. Waited order for more than 20 minutes. Then we asked why it's taking so long time. They said to wait 5 minutes more. After this still nothing. Then we asked again and other manager said that they don't have "original" and if we want we can take something different. And for original we should wait 50 (!) minutes! We asked our money back and they said "Okey but firstly we will finish some other orders". We even didn't hear sorry from them, it seems situations like this often happens here.
Food is KFC so fine but the service was terrible there was one nice girl trying her best to help but not what I would call a fast food restaurant.

Only one negative thing...... apparently KFC decided not to deliver the small moisty paper towels to clean yourvfingers from grease. And standard napkims are never up to that task. More paperwaste...

When they are out of something like butter or sauce, they don't tell you. And they don't replace it with something similar. This has happened twice now.
