We were looking forward to a Sunday cheat day for Fastelaven, only to find out their boller were not fresh at all. We are very disappointed, and we truly regret going (for the price it was not worth it)
I have nothing Against kanelsnurren. I think it is a great bakery chain, but their personnel should be selected more accurately. We visited the shop on Sunday 3. April. There was a free table but it was still full of the previous customers dirty cups and plates. We stood close to the table for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to clean it. Then some more customers entered the shop so we decided to take the seats. I went to order the food, asked to have the table cleaned since we have two small kids and we don't want them to play with someone else's leftovers. I took the order to the table and they were to come to serve a cappuccino and a hot tea. The waitress came and put the hot beverages cups right in front of our baby. This is totally unacceptable and I don't think I will ever come back to this specific place.
Went to the same cafe in Stavanger yesterday and had great service. Asked for butter and was given two butter packets by friendly staff. Asked here for butter and was told I had to pay 5kr and instead of my own portion the girl cut the scone in half and gave me a tiny smudge of butter across one half. Otherwise a great place but butter incident was disappointing
