We’ve visited Kalatua several times now both as a couple and in friend groups. Reservations are a must during peak season! Be sure to make separate reservations for beach chairs and lunch as they are not combined. Servers are friendly and attentive …just heads up that it is French so expect European style service.
Food and drinks are great, very well done. Having a DJ is nice as well; the music is lively but not too much. We enjoy parking at the casino in Cupecoy and taking the golf cart to the beach/restaurant! (Be sure to tip the cart driver!)

Amazing time at Mullet bay. Reserve lunch in advance, food is delicious. Lobster is a bit expensive (1 came out to $88 but was tasty and fresh). Red snapper is possibly the best in the area, tuna burger was superior. Coco Bongo is a very tasty refreshing drink, big serving too!

GREAT upscale beach restaurant. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Shout out to Veronica for those tasty cocktails. Spectacular view of Mullet Beach. My favorite spot in beautiful Sint Maarten!🍸

Food and beds were great, restaurant service was also amazing, but bed services were disappointing. They were hard to find, inattentive, and borderline carefree. Service fees is included and probably explains the poor service at the beach.

For context: I'm a cruise ship DJ and have been to many, many beaches at many many resorts. This so far - is one of the top if not the top one I've visited. For real 100%. I LEGIT stumbled into this while walking from Maho Bay to Mullett Bay and couldn't be happier. When you go to most beaches/resorts and pay $30/$40 a set of chairs and an umbrella - that's all you get. The details here are what make this place different. 1) all chairs have pads and come with towels - that's SO rare to find in the Caribbean. 2) The umbrella has hooks. You don't know what you're missing till you have them and can hang a bag, purse, shirt or hat. 3) The umbrella pole has a mini-cooler/ashtray/cup holder on the bottom. That's INSANELY clutch. 4) Between the chairs (the rows) they have wood flooring laid out - which makes it easier to walk back and forth from the chair to the beach and their club. I've NOT seen this anywhere I've traveled so far. For older people it's the bee's knees. 5) They have water sports next door to them (snorkel, tubing, etc). 6) Incredible white sand. 7) Limited access = limited crowds. The burger I had may be one of the best I've tasted in awhile too. I'm 10000000% coming back here.

I felt free, modern island life style with a lot of class and service. Staff was on top of their game. A lady manager kept coming around to make sure everything is going well. Bartenders are making sure that the drinks are loved by the clients. Top place to try of you come to ST Martin. Mullet Bay beach is beautiful. We ordered a few frozen Mojitos, margaritas and piña-coladas and they could use a little more alcohol in them for the price. I had to add shots in there to make
It better. Food was excellent and satisfying. The oysters were fresh and salty just the way I like it, fried shrimp was crispy delicious. The octopus hummus is also good. My favorites meals were the pesto chicken pasta and truffle pasta 😋 I could spent all there there just drinking eating and relaxing

Was swimming in Mullet Bay and spotted this place nearby so checked it out.
This is an up market place with beach lounge rental, great drink selection and lunch menu (not currently doing dinner). They have rent free spaces if you're just coming to enjoy drinks or a bite to eat.
It's not the cheapest place around but it's obvious why, very nice place open for only 12 months to date and has a high quality look and feel and the bathrooms are excellent.

This place was AWESOME!! It’s located in Mullet Bay Beach which is a very popular place for the locals. They’re open about 1 year and they have a very lively French Caribbean vibe. The best part was our waitress Juanly who single handedly filleted a red snapper even though they serve it whole.
Talk about thinking customer first! She also served all 16 of us and had an outgoing personality. She absolutely understands what great customer service looks like, praised management for showing that they really care about their workers and was truly excited when speaking about her customers and regulars cliental she has developed.
They have a wide selection of food and everything was fresh and tasty. They have appetizers, salads, steaks, chicken, fish, a nice selection of wines and drinks from the bar.
We ordered several appetizers, salads, main courses and deserts. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. There is no embargo on anything from Venezuela so we had 25 year old rum which went great with Cuban cigars.
You’re right on the beach and can swim, jet ski, take in the sun, sit in a lounge chair under an umbrella and do many water activities right there as well. The only drawback is the parking. It’s tough and you usually have to use the shuttle. They have a golf cart to you from the parking areas.
Overall great experience, super relaxing, I highly recommend them and will be back at least once before my trip is over.

Exceptional location, from the beach to the restaurant, staff, scenery ... and the food served there !!
By far one of the best beaches of the island ; turquoise water, sandy beach, comfortable and cozy seating, drinks & chillax music for a perfect vibe !
Staff is super friendly, helpful, catering to every demand !
Food is also fresh and delicious ; I tried the mahi mahi tataki which was quite stunning, fresh, and packed with flavors. Tried the Kalatua platter (sea food) ; exquisite fried shrimps, mahi mahi rilette was great, and the octopus-hummus combo was quite good !
Fresh home made ice tea to top it all, and you've got yourself a very exotic day on the beach !
Not to be missed.
