Had dinner here with family. We ordered bread for starters and a variety of main courses. The food was quite expensive for the quality you get. The bread was cold and stale and hard to swallow. The red snapper could have been prepared in many different ways but this place chose to pan fry it to the point that is became dry and not tasty. It's a pity. The strip steak (entrecote) was prepared as requested (medium rare) but it lacked it's signature taste (when the fatty rim is seared properly) The Dutch pancakes we ordered for our daughter was rock solid at some places and obviously prepacked and microwaved. However they did offer an alternative as a replacement when we commented about it so that was a good solution. The friendliness among the staff varied. The atmosphere was nice though. Friendly staff, but weird they asked and served drinks before handing us menus after already being seated for 15 minutes. Food isn't great: the onion soup was kind of syrup-ey and too seasoned. The spinach ravioli portion was huge (too much to be honest), but bland in taste. They are very generous in portions and side dishes though, so it's a good place to go with friends if you don't mind mediocre food.
At first the service could have been better, but they stepped up. The food was really great! The atmosphere was great! Restrooms perfect! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
This was my 4th visit, this time on a Saturday afternoo at 17.00 local time. Despite the restaurant was fully booked, they manage to provide a table.
Quiet relaxing bar / restaurant. Approachable staff, and helpful. Good beer.
It took quite a long time before we received the menu. I ordered the ribeye and there were a lot of uneatable parts. Salad was meh. Nachos were good. No menu for drinks except beers and cocktails.
Nice place, interesting menu and really big portions for quite affordable prices. The Irish coffee was wonderful, but the food was not really tasty, despite the fact it looked very good. The coffee itself (I’ve asked for americano) wasn’t tasty at all, it was too sour. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.
Very nice and cozy place. The food looked very nice, even though I haven't tried it. The drinking glasses and bottles were too small, though. 250 ml... even if we talk about beer or soda. Service Dine in
I really want to give five stars, I really do. I can't. The location is excellent. The building itself and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very cool, very attractive. The selection of food and drink is very good, the open kitchen is a plus. Good kids menu. The problem is, that the friendliness of the service simply cannot compensate for the fact that we were seated at 1800 (restaurant half full, service staff in full force) and our food only arrived at 2000. I'm sorry, there is just no way to explain two hours. Kitchen staff (open kitchen) was not overworked. Service staff was not overworked. It is clearly not a priority in this place that anyone gets served in a timely manner. I'm taking TWO stars off for this, because it is so egregious. I like literally everything else about this place.
