Nice and quiet atmosphere. There’s a little corner with musical instruments that customers can play which is cool. For my first visit I got the classic milk tea with tapioca. Has a great taste and the boba is nice and chewy.

We have been looking for good Boba tea in the area, and this is the best one yet!! I love the regular milk tea and my kids love their smoothies with boba, which don’t have caffeine. They also serve food, but we haven’t tried any yet. We definitely recommend this place!

Great atmosphere with everyone happy. New things to try! My niece was given a grand opening boba plushie. We tried the avocado smoothie, strawberry banana smoothie with rainbow jelly, and the joyful signature. Joyful signature is high quality milk tea and tastes like it. Avocado smoothie is excellent and once again my favorite.

It’s nice that more boba spots are opening in this area cause sadly there aren’t many, plus they have plenty of food options most places don’t have. All in all, a solid spot. I was super surprised with how good the Roasted Oolong Tea w/ salted cheese was. Typically I prefer a stronger tea flavor in my oolong tea, but regardless it didn’t fall short of a good cup of tea. Wish I could give my thoughts on their boba, but I guess the cashier didn’t hear that part of my order :((( Shortly after finishing my drinks and food I ended up going back to order more so I guess that’s very telling of the quality of their food/drinks. Maybe the BOGO deal carried my experience, but just to be sure I’ll definitely be back to try their milk tea and thai tea… w/ boba this time :D

This is one of my favourite places to go to after a long day. It has incredible service and the people who work here are very friendly and lovely to be around. The atmosphere is perfect too, with everything feeling calm and having nice things for kids to do as well. I very much enjoy coming here for drinks with my family and friends.

Cute place inside, friendly staff, but very disappointing in the boba drink. I got the Taro with boba & idk what happened in the process of how they made it, but these weird chunks were in my drink. Not sure if it’s part of how boba is made or wait it is, but I ate a couple pieces before spitting these out. They were grainy and thru out my drink. Ended up throwing the drink away a quarter into drinking it. Also the boba itself had a weird after taste that tasted like lipstick.
I know this is a new business so hoping they improve, but I sadly won’t be coming back for a bit till maybe they can work through the bumps.

The inside of Joyful Boba is so clean and pretty. The murals on the walls are beautiful! The gentleman that helped us was very nice! My daughter ordered the Blue Pea Flower Milk Tea and she loved it! We will be back! Can’t wait to try some of the foods!
