Don’t get me wrong I love Jitterz and I understand it gets busy, but this morning there were only two people in front of me and I was there for 30 minutes. 15 of those minutes were spent sitting at the window. I ordered a Redbull and a breakfast burrito. The cheese was not even melted and the burrito was a bit cold. For waiting that long I would’ve expected my burrito to at least have the cheese be melted. Super disappointing.

I've tried Jitterz a few times and unfortunately I think I'm done. My hot flavored coffee drinks always come out very poor tasting and undrinkable therefore after one sip I have to toss. It's becoming too costly to keep trying.
Prices are going a little overboard, Jitterz. I'm almost wondering if I was just over charged. Because at NO OTHER local coffee stand would ONE 24oz iced latte w/flavor and ONE bagel with just cream cheese and bacon come out to $13.75??? The way you charge per item on a bagel is ridiculous. You can get a Cali bagel (your version of an OG) for $5-6 anywhere else. Yours is, to my math, around $8 if not more? I didn't even add avocado today and the price still shocked me. A full $15 with tip gone for 2 items and the bagel had a really whimpy amount of cream cheese and bacon on it. I'll order your coffee still but never again your food.

I'm definitely a once a day Jitterz girl! Their blended Zippfizz frosts are my favorite go-to drink. The girls are wonderful at the Prairie location and always hook me up in the morning. 🥰

I LOVE JITTERZ! I want to shout it from the rooftops! The Prairie pavilion stand is the absolute best! Savannah is always so sweet and gives the best recommendations! I always take her advice and it has revolutionized the way I drink my caffeine! If you haven't tried JITTERZ Hawaiian Love Lotus with strawberry cold foam, your missing out! It is so tasty! Or a Hawaiian cold brew combo!!! I love coming here for a nice pick me up! Because the gals here are nice and welcoming, they always interact with me, making my day brighter!
I will never go to the one on Ramsey and prairie every time I go there they give me the nastiest drink possible I just went and got a drink with my son and had to dump it out right at the window so that was a waste of 5 bucks

Black and white blended was the consistency of milk, asked specifically for chocolate chip cookies and when we got our drinks after 10 minutes she told me they were out, also let me order my kids drinks and then told me she has to change the order after she already approved it and got their hopes up. Line was long, barista seemed overwhelmed. I usually love jitterz but this location was awful today.

Great coffee! Awesome service! I've been trying to go here for a WEEK and they always have lines wrapped around the parking lot on both sides. Today, I actually got my coffee and it was worth the wait! Service was AMAZING!
