The man behind the counter was nice and showed me where to pick the order up but as I was walking out a woman said "now run away." And gave me a dirty look for picking up an order an HOUR before they closed. Hmmm, maybe go find a different job if you can't handle working in food when people want it they will come get it. Multiple times I've ordered for delivery and they don't have a driver and cancel the delivery. This has to be the 4th of 5th time this has happened. I've never had any company cancel deliveries as much as Jimmy Johns. Which is really ridiculous considering their company slogan is "freaky fast" delivery. They could simply fix this by allowing actual door dash drivers to complete the deliveries instead of their unreliable Jimmy Johns staff members at this location. Recognizing Meghan from store 1056. 7/2023. Thank you for letting my clueless self in 15 mins early to get some lunch (actually dinner - I'm night shift). I didn't even have to try to open the door. If I could give it zero stars I would. Waited over 2 hours for two subs. Contacted them to give them a chance to redeem their poor service. A month later and no response despite many emails being sent from the feedback response team ensuring the management was going to reach out to me. Horrible service and will not be back! Freaky fast is a joke, just like their customer service skills!

Always freaky fast delivery!!!! Food is always correct and so good! I placed a large order for the family and I. Ordered 6 subs and a bag of BBQ Chips. When the delivery arrived, there were no chips. I asked about them, the guy checked the receipt and apologized profusely about missing them. He advised he would run right back and also grab an extra bag for the inconvenience. Such a great move!! He was very happy, friendly, and eager to please. I think that's by far the best delivery person I have ever encountered. I wish I would have grabbed his name to give him a special shout out. But seriously keep that guy and give em a raise!! He's fantastic all around, superb customer service!! Will definitely remain a customer!
