I come here constantly, I am typically pleased with food. Sammie, the cashier, is amazing, understanding and sympathetic. She cannot be replaced. However, today I unwrapped this monstrosity. Condiments are so overwhelming and the cheese has been shifted to one side of the burger. I ate in, I did not travel so therefore I ask, how did the cheese slide from counter to table? I got 2-3 bites out of it and was basically covered in all the sauces from the burger. Sammie refunded me and expressed that this was unacceptable. The manager came out when were leaving and asked if I wanted a replacement. We. Were. Leaving. I said perhaps your employees should care a bit more about the quality of the work they produce and not wrap up the food for an additional quality inspection before serving the customer.

Jillie's roast beef has been a staple at this location for many years. They are now a part of the Santoro's family of restaurants and the menu is greatly expanded here at Julie's there's something for everyone. If you have not been in a while come back in and check it out.

This place used to be great. I think it changed ownership. I order extra extra BBQ sauce. This is what I've got the last 3 times. Pathetic for regular BBQ sauce. Need a new RB spot

They roast beef sandwiches are good, the pizza is surprisingly really good. For the price, this pizza is really hard to beat. The staff is friendly and quick.
