We went here a few years ago and weren't impressed, but we had a good experience with our food today! They dud forget our onion rings (we were in the drive thru and had to go inside to get them) but they were nice about fixing the order. I usually love this restaurant! Unfortualy this time, we did not have a good experience with this one. The food was stale and soggy , and our order was wrong, with all of our burgers and fries being cold. The service was OK, though they were slow and weren't customer friendly. Things are way overpriced here for what you get. And we were sick after. Not a good experience overall. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This used to be a great location, but since moving back from out of state I find that the service is incredibly slow. The employees are kind, but don’t go if you’re in a rush. Do not use the drive through. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Pretty average visit. It’s typically pretty slow so that was expected. The food was good, but the meat in our club sandwich was piled in the center of the sandwich instead of evenly across the bread. Parking is a pain because there so little of it. I’ll still continue to go back though because the club is SO good. TLDR; The food there is trash. Ordered through the drive through and it took 18 minutes to get the burger, nothing fancy, just a bacon burger. The burger was cold and disgusting. I think it was the most disgusting burger I’ve ever had. $12 down the drain. The meat tasted like it was taken out of the dumpster. To make things worse, they FORGOT THE BACON. Who’s running this place? Why serve disgusting overpriced food and not be capable in making one of the most simple burgers ever? Please save yourself and go to any other burger place but here. This JCW's has to be the worst one that I have been to. I went through the Drive-thru which took 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. The staff was polite but the wait time was not what I am used to from JCW's. My order was the 3 Piece Fish, extra crispy. The fish were not very large portions, the fries were kind of soggy and not crispy. The fries portions were also abnormally small. I was not impressed to say the least. I will be sticking to the American Fork location from here on out.

I have not been super pleased with this location the last few times. I went during a non busy time and my ice cream still came out melted and with bad fruit. I hope quality is better for someone else. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I went with some friends right before they closed. They were friendly even though it was late. The place was clean and not too crowded. They got our food to us in a timely manner and it was delicious! I loved my Hawaiian burger - I'm a sucker for pineapple. Their fries were thick and the fry sauce was good. I ordered a curbside pickup order and they took 30 minutes to bring out food out… and every time we called the line wasn’t working. They totally forgot about us. How rude

I went through the drive through then two days later noticed they had charged me twice. So I stopped by and asked to resolve it, but a manager said she couldn't do anything about it and gave me a number to call. I called once in the morning and left a message, then once again just before 5pm and left a message and still haven't heard back. Seems odd that they wouldn't be able to correct this in the store I bought food from originally. And two days go by and I still haven't heard anything.
