It’s deserved 4 stars in general, but service lady run before you complete sentence, Diet Pepsi became diet vice without question, but so much watered down and iced on top, like I order a gold standard vodka 1000$ shot. I asked what to order better General Tsos or eggplant in garlic, she said general tsos so I asked for extra spicy. I got eggplant not spicy. Cheap down food and drinks. Do not recommend. At least eggplant were correctly cooked. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Got takeout from here for the first time after moving to the area. Enjoyed some very solid sushi, Lady Heart roll and noodles, Chow Fun with chicken. Each was well made and tasty.

The Boston Roll went from crab, avocado, and cucumber to crab and lettuce without a change in price. I understand raising prices and inflation, but replacing the actual ingredients of a dish with something else is too much. We’ll be looking for another restaurant now. A local restaurant trying to cover Asian )Japanese and Chinese. It does adequately in both but excellent in neither. But it's convenience, excellent take out an good parking are positive pluses. I was probably one of the last orders at 9pm on a Monday. The expected time was appropriate, the food was hot and fresh, and it was delicious. Nothing was over cooked and everything was seasoned appropriately. My personal taste aside, good cooks at the end of the day. The driver was also good. 5 stars today. This place is a gem. Hamden is lucky to have it. The staff is friendly, the service is fast and the food is fantastic. So many items on the menu and I have yet to find one that is isn't delicious. The service and atmosphere of the restaurant are nice. The location is tricky to get to because of the bad red light intersection. The food however is overpriced compared to other Japanese options in Hamden. The quality is good and there's an extensive menu, if you come with a larger group of 6+ it makes the price worth it.
