10/10 best jack in the box in Fort Worth… they were actually nice and I didn’t have to basically beg for my food and condiments like every other one I’ve been to!!! The late night workers were very nice.

I was excited to try these pumpkin croissants and they are still very doughy! 11/26/2023 - Came to visit just now and of course at 8:45pm the dining room is closed, I’m missing items from my order, nobody answers when I call and I get to stay in the drive through line with 5 cars ahead of me to get my missing items while the food I did receive gets cold. Another disappointing visit… Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't understand why it is so hard to get fresh bread at Jack in the box these days. It doesn't have to be that hard. And the meat is always harder and the edges as if it's been sitting forever. It's just not good quality good anymore. I mean not that it every was. Just fat food. What do you expect? A little more. I expect a little more especially with the prices of everything today. I honestly feel twice as ripped off between the price increase AND the lowering of the food standards. Have some pride somewhere along the snowball ride to hell. The older lady that runs the window and takes the orders in the morning is rude for no reason she doesn't have any manners and never gives a recipe with the food. If you ask her a question about the order she snaps on you she doesn't need to be working with people I will not be going back to this location again. For a place that is promoting 24/7 (for this specific location) or supposed to be at least you would think they would actually be open like they said. It would be helpful to not have a car just sitting in the drive thru at their window, or some signage saying they are closed for whatever reason they have to be. I get having to close down due to unforseen circumstances but come on now Service Take out

Awful experience. Upon greeting my server with a friendly "hello, how are you today?" I was greeted with an angry "just order your food". (They butchered my order). Upon reading all these reviews, this location clearly needs an overhaul. Would love to speak to the district or area manager because the way this location is going. It will continue to loss profit and always have turnover. I was just at the drive thru and recieved nothing but an attitude from a supposed Manager when I asked what was going on in there, due to having to wait 40 minutes for 1 simple order.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Came here last night ordered food got home they didn’t put my sandwich in the bag. Called up there… a guy told me to come back I did. Get to the winsome some bigger Hispanic lady opened the door and told me no I didn’t order food and she just got here so, and I told her well somebody needs to give me the food I just paid for. She shook her head no and closed the window in my face. I sat there for 15 minutes 4 cars behind me and she sat in her little office and NO ONE helped me. I eventually left. How she is even employed somewhere acting like that is beyond me. I PAID for food and she wouldn’t give it to me. Can’t believe you are allowing customer service as trashy as that. Will not be back and will be reaching out to corp.
