Two years ago I rated this store a 1-star because I tried eating at it three separate times and each time I was never able to get any food because of the wait times.
I finally decided to give it a shot randomly today (around 7:00PM) and I'm so glad I did.
I will start by saying the staff was very friendly - a sharp change from before when I tried going and they were all extremely rude. I'm so glad they have changed how their customer service is. I felt very welcomed into the store.
Now, onto the food. I got a Ultimate Cheeseburger with Curly Fries and a Large Diet Coke. Not only was it piping hot and FRESH, it was out in less than 3 minutes. I drove home and ate it, and it was extremely good.
The fries were to die for, the burger was so amazingly saucy and delicious and the soda was carbonated and PERFECT.
Since I have finally been able to try to this location, I have changed my rating to a 5-star. Everything from start to finish about the experience was fantastic.
Whoever is running this store, if you are reading this, make sure to treat whatever crew you had on this evening WELL. They represented your store like it should be and they should be rewarded for their efforts.

To preface this review I will say that the service here is typically kind of slow, no big deal, but the food is usually always good so all good there.
However, went there yesterday evening and I was waiting at the speaker for what seemed like 5 minutes without anybody saying anything over the intercom, weird. So I pull up to the window and there are certainly employees inside, I see them walking around the kitchen and one sitting in the lobby like they were trying to hide from the drive through.

Went there Saturday night 2/17/24 at 8:45pm. I went to the drive thru and was told to wait and I did. Then the guy came on the com and said we are only serving mobile orders. I said ok but the store is open so do I need to pull in the parking lot and place a mobile order? He said "man your a$$ don't listen". I said oh wow that is how we talk to people now ok. I backed into the parking lot got out and took pictures of the worker in the drive thru and called Corp which was closed so I left a review. Cars were backing out yelling upset while the worker was laughing through the intercom. I called the location yesterday at 3pm and let it ring 20 times and nobody answered. I then left a yelp review. Today I called again around 320pm and same thing nobody answered. I left the employee's picture on my yelp review. I will not let this go as long as that employee still works there and represents your company that way.

Food order is cold or incorrect the last 4 times at this location or they are not open even though they are suppose to be 24 hours. Here it is 4 pm on a Sunday and they can't take an order in the drive threw so said the person at the window. This is a reoccurring problem at this location. Seems to me that it should be closed down and something should be here in its place.

I gotta say, on more than 1 occasion, the young man who ALWAYS takes care of us because we love the tacos!! He's always polite and too cool! I feel better service here than at a finer restaurant!

I’ve tried twice coming here. First time went through drive through and was told they are not taking orders. Second time went through drive through and nothing. Someone was standing outside but they always look closed but says open but never anybody there ? Just confused
Lobby was closed (it was 5pm) I’ve come here before and half the menu was unavailable. When I did try the drive thru and peeped inside it was just a young dude and his boys chillin inside worse Jack I’ve ever seen managed

This location is utterly ridiculous. I show up there at 2:00 in the afternoon and the store is closed up. A 24-hour business closed up saying they have no staff ridiculous poor management. And the worst part is I drove 40 miles just because I wanted to eat at Jack In The Box. Ended up driving to noland road store. Staffed friendly. Order perfect

Absolutely horrible service. Waited for over a half hr just to get food over 45mins all together to order and get food. We were told in drive through after about 20mins to park in stall one. We kept waiting never got our drinks. They went back in to give us our drinks. Every one inside was laughing and not really paying attention. They shut down the dinning area at 720pm and people were backing out of the drive through to leave. First and last time at jack in the box ever.

Waited in the drive through line for over 35mins just to get to the window and they aren’t taking drive through orders only mobile and door dash orders. Currently still in line it’s been over 50mins. This was a waist of time.
