I wonder how many of these one star reviews are from first time customers? My degree is in Hospitality Management. I understand that everyone expects a certain level of service from a fast food joint. What I don't understand is people who leave a bad review on one visit and probably blow things out of proportion. I'm not calling anyone out and I know I probably shouldn't put this in my review but Jack in the Box is a fast food burger restaurant It is not a five-star dining experience and was never intended to be. Every time I go to this Jack in the Box... The service is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. There have been a few times where something was forgotten or I didn't enjoy what I ordered and I don't take that out on the staff. I wish I could review it a hundred times to get your review total backup to three and a half or four stars or whatever because I think that most of these reviews are unfair. Now for my actual review for today. So it is Christmas Day and this location was literally the only place for food on Rufe Snow that was open. It was quite obviously busy, very busy. In spite of being a little overwhelmed and having angry and rude customers, Kyle who was working the register, was visibly flustered, but ran the crew with an efficiency that was better than most people would have put out. He kept as calm as possible and was very very polite with all guests even the ones that were yelling at him. I'm very grateful for the service and I didn't mind waiting because I understand when there are that many people it's going to take a while. That's okay. Just wanted to let you all know that Kyle crushed it and so did the cooks. I'm very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Thank you for being open, thank you for great service, and thank you for clean facilities. And Kyle deserves a raise for real. I added a picture. This is horrible. Why would anyone send this pit to a customer. Most of the peppers are raw and one is burned to a crisp. I will never visit this store again. Service Delivery Food: 1

Every time we go, something is broken, or they're out of something. Once they had no tacos. No big deal. The next trip there shape machine was broken. Whoever owns this is losing sales and should maintain their equipment and inventory better. The kids that work there are nice though. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Probably one of the worst places for customer service of all the Jack In The Box restaurants I have been to. On 7/9/2023 at about 1230 in the afternoon. There were about 3 people waiting foe their orders We had about 5 people. The front counter guy didn't know the menu and had to ask someone in the back. Pro Tip: whenever you work somewhere in the food industry, it's a fantastic idea to "know your products" in order to better serve your customers. So counter guy came back around to the front. At that point someone came in, and the front counter guy turned all his full attention to them, and continued to assist them... Mind you, this while time, management was standing in the back just talking, and had no inclination to come up front and help with the front counter. The staff needs retraining on customer service as well as knowing their products, what comes on them, and how to communicate their intentions. 12/2/2023 Against my better judgment, I thought I'd try again. Corporate Jack needs to really reprimand this particular restaurant. This isn't the first time they have been out of Taco Sauce. ProTip: Mention you are out of sauce before someone orders the tacos! This is a franchise location and it is 💯 % obvious this owner has no clue of how to keep customers happy. The store tables were filthy, food all over the floor, staff not paying attention. Look, sell it to someone else who can take it to the next level, instead driving it into the ground. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped in to place a to go order. Not alot of wait time from time I ordered til my food was ready. They have some really good menu items for the price. The burgers especially the new double sourdough jack burger is really good! Friendly employees there. One of my usual spots to stop in at. Everytime I go thru drive thru place my order then pull up to the window and guess what they don't have one of the things you've ordered. Manager was rude and lied to my face about the order. I went there and ordered the 2 for $5 double bacon breakfast sandwiches and received 1 sandwich with no bacon on 1 whole side. When I showed it to the cashier he was going to correct it but a short lady who claimed to be the manager said that this is how the sandwich is suppose to be. The other sandwich they gave me was loaded with bacon on both sides. I definitely would not recommend eating at this location.

Food was food, order was accurate. Food was ordered at the drive thru, but took an extremely long time to be ready. We ordered food, plus milkshakes. The food was given, and we had enough time between the food being given and the milkshakes being given that the food was all eaten. The staff was friendly and professional, so no complaints there.
