burned burger what is this ? Would you eat this ? This is missed up,. People there just don’t care about your experience, jack in the box not going to do nothing, person in charge offer to give you an another item ???? NO, they still in business, from all people driving by,. And getting bad quality food,. ? 30000 plus view this and counting

Worse jack in the box ever stay away from this location if you have kids the restaurant is full of Drug addicts to make things worse. They were pretty unprofessional tonight. Let’s start from the beginning. Went through the drive thru. The operator guy was literally only taking one car at a time. So since one car is taken he had the second car wait until the first car was given their food before placing the order. Once it was my turn I told the guy I had a mobile order and gave him my name. I also told him I wanted to place another order for my friend with me. He told me to drive forward. Once I get to the window a girl walks up and tries to charge me. I told her I had a mobile order but previously told the guy in the front I wanted a second order. She told me to reverse the car and drive forward. When looking inside they both were talking about us. I’m assuming mad because we wanted a second order. The gay guy inside (I mean this politely) was probably the rudest of them all. Once she came back she asked what I wanted. I said mozerella sticks and she said they are out. So I was like I don’t want anything else. She rudely hands the food over. Just a bad experience. Managment needs to fix these attitudes especially from the guy. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
