Stopped in after work and was able to get our order placed quickly. The food was made fast and to the request. Soda machine worked and the fries were hot. Overall experience was good. I will return. ordered the big chicken box and not only did they only give me chicken and no fries but there was a hair in my food, buried at the bottom. (my hair is shorter and a completely diff color so it def isn’t mine) actually disgusting

Drive thru. The woman helping me was nice enough but her very strong accent was really hard to understand. I came about noon, ordered a salad and wanted grilled chicken. They were already out! And I've noticed in the last couple months that the salads seem noticeably smaller. They do taste good though. Seems kinda weird! And this was no big deal but I asked to buy an antenna monster Jack ball...which was on the reader board menu...because there's no way I'd drink a pumpkin milkshake to get one free 😖 She said that was for a limited time and they aren't available anymore! Yet it was advertised ON the menu! Also kinda weird! The food was fine. I'll go there again. I love the night crew here! I always like coming here because the crew are always professional, super nice and they aren't stingy with giving out the sauces. I usually order a LOT of chicken nuggets for all of my kids (Usually around 50 chicken nuggets) and they always make sure to ask me which sauces I want and they organize everything really well in the bags: chicken nuggets in one bag; fries in the other bag; salad in the other bag and, lastly, tacos with a ton of sauce packets in the last bag. 1 thing I did notice...the side salads have shrunk. I can tell because I used to be able to put a whole packet of ranch on and it was perfect. Tonight I put on the ranch and it was too much. And just looking you could tell the salad was smaller. So salad was a bit small AND my tacos were soggy with oil! This is a common problem at a LOT of Jack in the Boxes. I had to go back in with 4 tacos and have them re-made because they were too soggy. The guy behind the counter was cool about it. I've seen another woman at this same location have her tacos also re-made for the same issue. So, just an fyi, don't leave them in the fryer so long! Other than the issue with the salad size and tacos being soggy I have no issues with this place and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Very nice people! I used the take out on Friday Dec 1st around 9pm and the guy took my bank card and kept it until I asked for my card after couple of minutes. Then my card was with another woman (another worker ) !!. I am not sure why? it seems they wanted to over charge my card or keep the card and hoping I forget about my card. After I asked my my card , they gave it to me. Anyway after that He went inside and god knows what did to my sandwiches he was also showing me a kiss face and smiling . The food went to bin as soon as I got home and I learnt where jack in the box food belongs to . My friend and I came here for some late night dinner. I got the 5 piece chicken strips meal and she had a double cheese burger. My chicken strips were not good. I ate half of one, and a handful of curly fries. My friend and I both ended up with stomach problems. I won't be having jack in the box for a while ... This is the worst place ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. They’re rude and they talk bad about you in Spanish. I went in because I was missing an order of loaded fries and they kept saying she’s not gonna notice oh I put them upside down. When she realized that I also spoke Spanish and responded in Spanish she looked shocked and surprised. Terrible service. This is what they called loaded fries. I went 2 days in a row to try the ANGRY MONSTER TACOS AND BERTHA WAS RUDE VERY RUDE AND YELLED AT ME BECAUSE SHE MESSED UP MY ORDER TWICE! I didn’t get to try the angry taco because she doesn’t listen to people ordering and I will be contacting the district manager of Jack in the box because this is not okay AND I ORDERED THE 2 for 6 CROSSIANT DEAL AND SHE ONLY GAVE ME 1 Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
