I ordered off the value menu and got charged for a small fry and jumbo Jack instead and waited in front for no cheese and got home and had cheese All over The Tacos. I tried right away to call them and they never answered the phone. I tried calling at least 20 different times at all different hours of the day

My first encounter was the manager, he was very polite and professional. The floor was quite sticky as I made my way to the counter to order, as it appeared whoever mopped used dirty water. My second encounter was the beautiful black lady who took my order. After I ordered and paid, I complimented her on her hair, as it was a lovely color and so neatly braided. The service was over the top great and the food tasted divine!! Normally my sourdough jack is not cut all the way through and cold in places, but at this restaurant, they made it and my curly fries perfect! I would eat at this restaurant again, regardless of the sticky floors. The counters were clean and tidy, so just changing the floor water would help make this the best restaurant I've been to.
