Tried them first in Texas and was excited to hear they were coming to Wichita. I was not too impressed with my experience at this location. I know they are new here, and it takes a lot for me to have an actual bad experience. The cookies we got were good (and warm). They have higher prices because this is a specialty shop open past midnight, so I see that complaint a lot, thats not one of mine. I feel the customer service aspect is lacking, which really affected my experience.

Arguably, the best cookies you can get here in Wichita! I love this place, but I only wish they would relax on the prices a little bit. Ordered a dozen cookies for a team event. I enjoyed their cookies more than crumbl. The type of cookies they male are ones that you want to finish. They have a nice size and bite. Excellent cookies, 100x better than crumbl, terrible location. I’d think the majority of people getting cookies would prefer a drive through, if you know what I mean.. I’m not oppose to finding parking, then walking up, however, after working all day, I’d prefer a drive through.to b fair they may have delivery to car, not sure Service Delivery Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5

Music was too loud. The employee was in the back with her headphone in so she didn't hear me calling out for 10 minutes waiting for my order. There was also a broken glass bottle on the floor behind the counter which did not seem safe. The cookies were at least correct and taste good. I don't know if I'll be back. We ordered ice cream for the first time from them. We got the wrong flavor for one of them but my husband loved it and didn’t mind. I’m excited to try their cookies next. I understand their new so I’ll cut them a break and hope their employees fix their customer service.

Placed an online order, waited over an hour, had to call the store twice for updates on my order, they said my cookies were delivered and they were not, and had to call for a refund. Customer was not good: they were very short and did not know how to problem solve. You’re better off making cookies at home. Love the blondie brownie. Ordered online and still had to wait for someone to acknowledge I was there in the pick up area. Line was very long for the in store orders and was moving extremely slow. Maybe they were short help but I will likely not go back unless it's not busy.
