About
Indonesian food is nice at this place. Try perfectly cooked steamed buns and good ramen that are served at this restaurant. From the guests' point of view, the decor looks terrific here. Indo food house is ranked 4.4 within the Google grading system.

We tried this restaurant for the first time. Service was friendly and Rames was very fresh and delicious. We will definitely visit again Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We were there for lunch and ordered the rice bowl with chicken, steamed bun, a fried shrimp starter and the coconut tapioca drink. The drink was really good, perfect balance of flavour and not too sweet. The steamed bun with beef was good too. But the rice bowl and the starter were disappointing. The rice bowl wasn’t quite flavourful and the amount of chicken was less. And the starter tasted like it was from a frozen packet. Will go back for the drink!

We had our lunch there. It unfortunately took a bit longer than anticipated but they resolved that in a great customer focused way! Food tasted amazing and I can definitely recommend the steamed buns (menu says bun but you get 2). Home made ice tea is a nice refreshment. Great place for a lunch.

I visited this place a while ago. Unfortunately I found the food rather lackluster, both considering the quality and portion for the price. There is a growing trend in Randstad, where owners who feel like they have "figured out" some ethnic cuisine, in this case Indonesian, and will put their spin to it and serve it to people. Personally, what I had was trying to be a modernized version of Ayam ketjap, and naming it as a "bowl" dish in order to fit this easy trend and categorisation for the general public. What I got was 50g of chicken and the rest was vegetables (completely fine), and for some reason red radish, which is not a go-to choice for a vegetable in South-east Asia. It just didn't feel right and did not make sense. I believe it is fine as an experiment at home for your friends, but not to serve to people. It creates a wrong idea of what the authentic dish is and then when these people will travel, they will complain that it is not the same as the guy in Utrecht served me. Don't get me wrong, I think the owners are nice guys but I am sure that my friends from South-east Asia, specifically Indonesia would not eat there (knowing they already have issues with authenticity with places that are run by Indonesian families.) Fantastic!!! The food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
As an Indonesian, I dare to say that the the taste unfortunately didn't deliver :( Ordered the Ayam ketjap bowl but the chicken had barely any taste. The side dish vegetable and atjar was quite good. Also ordered the tjendol, which I'm not sure if it was supposed to be a 'modern' version of it (?), but it was basically drinking coconut milk with some tapioca pearls...very heavy for the stomach and definitely didn't resemble the taste of the real tjendol.. Restaurant is beautifully modern with friendly staff, but I wish the food could be better! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
