It took over 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. The double doubles were fine, and the fries were horrible. Way overcooked and flavorless. It was like trying to eat little pieces of balsa wood. I might have complained, but I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for a replacement. I've always been disappointed in their fries but this was the worst.
