I love wine, but I am not an expert of the stuff. Nonetheless I do enjoy drinking wines that are more special than those at the grocery store and I am certainly not alone when I find myself standing in front of the rack and wondering if the taste of this white wine I am holding is too dry and therefore not something I will like once I spend my money and open it for a drink. The owner of this place knows what they are selling down to the flavor and the people are really good in suggesting the right wine for your meal. They don't suggest you the most expensive ones they have, in fact many times I've walked away with the cheaper ones that were on sale and those were still fantastic to drink. A tip would be to make pictures of wines you do like so that you can share them with the owner in the store which helps him narrow down what you might may also enjoy drinking. They also sell the local beers (of a single brand), some alcohol free prosecco's and some liquors on the side, as for wines you can find every category you may need. Next to their inventory and store knowledge they also offer various wine courses in the evenings and sometimes have tasting events. They work together with local shops around the winestore to provide food to go with the wines at these events. Every season they also sell wine packages of 6 bottles; 2 red, 2 white and 2 rosé. They come with a small gift and offer a nice variety that fits the season. Overall this is one of the best wine places I have ever been to and I highly recommend it. I've given a lot of their wines to my friends as a gift and they are all very complimentary on the flavour.

This is more than just a wine shop. It's a place where you can learn a little bit more about wine during the diverse and very nice wine tastings to which I love going every time. The assortment provides a real treat for those who like to discover new wines of top quality from less known areas like Romania, Georgia, Serbia and Hungary. On top of that most of the wines at Il Divino are organic (hat off to that) and the price range is suitable for every pocket. Here you will always be received with a smile and leave happy with a great bottle of wine(or a couple) and wanting to go back!

Ewout Jansen van Il Divino heeft echt een passie voor wijnen en dat zie je in alles terug. In de winkel: een gezellige zaak, waar vaak open proeverijen georganiseerd worden met bijzondere wijnen (vaak ook uit bijzondere landen). In de zeer uitgebreide en diverse collectie wijnen. Maar je ziet het vooral als je Ewout zelf spreekt of om advies vraagt. Hij heeft ontzettend veel kennis en kan je precies vertellen wat bij welk gerecht of gelegenheid past. Dus voor een lekkere en bijzondere wijn ga ik altijd naar Il Divino!

Uitstekende wijnwinkel, waar je goed geïnformeerd wordt over wijn/spijscombinaties en waar niet alleen wijn uit de traditionele wijnlanden wordt verkocht, maar ook prachtige wijnen uit de minder bekende landen en streken. Dit leidt niet zelden tot een aangename verrassing in je glas!

Een bijzondere wijnzaak met een specifieke invulling van diverse wijnen uit verrassende streken ...leuk om ook te ontdekken. Het is geweldig,, om te zien hoe Ewout zijn jarenlange hobby en droom nu heeft kunnen verwezenlijken in deze eigentijdse wijn shop !. Een aantrekkelijke winkel, met een eigenaar die veel kan vertellen over al de wijnen. Ook veel wijnen uit minder voor de hand liggende landen, die ook heerlijk zijn. Leuk om zo'n exotische wijn cadeau te doen, maar vooral ook om zelf van te genieten.

Top wijnzaak! Zelf ben ik geen wijnkenner maar kan wel aardig benoemen wat ik lekker vind en graag proef in een glas wijn. Het is dan ook echt ongelofelijk hoe de eigenaar door aandachtig te luisteren me keer op keer met de juiste fles de zeer sfeervolle zaak doet verlaten. Werkelijk een aanrader, niets “moet” hier alles kan!
