Some of the waitress are great and some are challenged. Last week had the best waitress ever this week our waitress was struggling to understand what we were asking for had my grandson with us and he wanted milk to drink, she didn't bring it with our drinks after waiting 10 or 15 minutes asked again about the milk. She says they are preparing and walks away. We then had to ask the receptionist to bring the milk after our food was delivered to the table. Ordered breakfast through Uber eats. two orders both messed up: The breakfast sampler had the SORRIEST pancakes I've ever seen in my life (like half the size of IHOPS standard pancakes) and was missing Blueberry syrup. They gave me gravy for who knows what reason. The other order, their new(ish) biscuit sandwich came in pieces, and missing cheese. They gave me no utensils, no napkins, and one of the plain syrups had busted and coated the food containers. This IHOP sucks. Will not be ordering from them again. Also, drinks are over 4 bucks?! What??? Maybe IHOP is fine when you dine in, but until they can sort themselves out, I don't think they should even offer their menu through online delivery services. Waiter was very friendly and polished with a smile on his face. The food was good. The overall experience was like a well oiled machine. The restaurant was clean, customers were being waited on by polite waiters and waitresses. Some of the other I-Hops could take lessons, like the one in Winston-Salem. I feel this has a lot to do with the manager of the store. Thank you for starting our day off right! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went there for the Veteran's breakfast and it was very nice. Red, white, and blue pancakes were lovely, and it also came with eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. Hubby had veggie omelet, which he enjoyed. Nice gesture for the veterans. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Went on Christmas day for breakfast. Yes it was crowded, but we were say right away, group of 3, the service was a little slower. But the food and the servers attitudes were great as always. In and out on a Saturday morning fast, food was right and very good! Service what excellent, our server had the middle section and two top booths against back wall, we watched her get quadruple sat while we got sat and she was so friendly and fast with us and all her tables. I have always liked IHOP. Clean, fast, good quality, great portions, and very affordable. My waitress, Charity, who works at the University Parkway IHOP, was just super nice and friendly. Waitress was very unprofessional if this is what service is about I’ll never recommend this restaurant to anyone very poor service. I was really looking forward to be a blessing this time of year to give her a good tip for service but it was so bad I didn’t tip her one penny and I am a great over paying tipper ….
