Unfortunately the wait is insanely long and it was not even in rush hour. After sitting it took an hour to bring the food out. The server was nice but the ambiance is awkward and not inviting no music and the phone rings of the hook. Brought my God father for breakfast and he did not enjoyed any of it since it took so long. Ihop is one of my favorite place for breakfast but unfortunately this one in Ponce is not it. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very big menu using QR Code. Fall is the time for Pumkin spice flavored coffee, unfortunitely we were told they were out of the ingredients for that today. They had chicken wraps, Pumkin waffles, hambergers, "Rise & Shine Classic Breakfast" all day. Friendly staff. IHOP in Ponce keeps the menu, the food, the ambient and even the great service on par with those in the states. It is recently full since it opened about a week ago but the wait times aren't a big deal. My wife and I had a great time and our server was very pleasant and kind. Thank you Damisha!

To spend your morning or with family IHOP in Pomce is the one. If it is full honestly be prepared to wait sometimes but usually they are fast. But in the wait you will feel like home and have a warm welcome with the Waitress Stephanie or by nickname Steph above everyone else she goes beyond your expectations even in Milkshake she gives her best just so you feel comfortable and have a great experience. Bad food service Bacon not cooked pancakes over done I ask for medium over easy gave to me hard....took like 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive and food even more later...bad experience for first time there🤢

Today is my birthday and I went over to get some birthday breakfast w my sister. The waitress seemed disinterested in serving us and when she brought us our coffees they tasted like old, burnt coffee that was reheated. The food was cold and it felt old as well, the only good thing that was there was (probably) the glass dishwasher water with ice that they gave me. There wasn't even music in to play, everything felt dead and the atmosphere was awkward. 2/10 would recommend this experience. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $40–50
