Great store great employees... I feel like there organic food selection is always kind of lacking quality. I don't buy as much as I used to because it goes bad too fast

I always enjoy coming in to Hy-Vee! The staff is super friendly and so helpful....they actually accompany the client to the product in question! They give everyone a chance to help out, I love that they hire people with all kinds of human challenges, but are so lovely to work with.

Bought a big bunch of red mulch for 2 bags for $6.00. This is really low price for mulch. Manager said might last a couple of weeks before price goes back up. Mulch is best way to stop weeds. Also have all kinds of outside plants. Pay inside the store. Been with Hy-Vee pharmacy for many years. They are very good about questions you have. One and one with pharmacist. once a year if needed. They also deliver your meds when needed. This whole area has multiple business.

Overall I think there is an effort to provide a helpful smile in every aisle. That helpfulness though could be more consistent. For example I was in the frozen food section one day and I felt ill I could barely breathe I was dizzy and I had to sit down on the floor. An employee came up to me and asked if I was okay. I said no I'm not and the employee simply turned around and slowly walked away. Don't go up and approach the customer and ask if they're okay if you're not prepared to handle the negative response. Another area of opportunity for them is their pricing model. They charge just as much for their store brand as other places charge for the name brands. There's no reason for this I find that their store brand is listless and uninspired. The rewards program structure seems to be smoking mirrors and confusing I'm a hyperx plus member but there's also IV perks members however for perks Plus is a different number why And why do I have to have different cards? I feel like I leave the store off and wonder whether I got the discounts or the specials that I'm supposed to receive at half the time I don't think I do.

Such a great place to shop!! Some prices beat Wallmart..cheese 1.98 shredded, butter 2.98 a box...you have to shop there. Some is pricy but you can find just about anything there. they have a florist and FNBO banking center in the store and pharmacy...it's a fun place to be at Christmas..lots to look at and plenty of fresh fruit and deli. Worth checking out.

This location it was my favorite place customer service was good I used to go shopping there but recently I had orders from online so I went to talk to customer service it was there different ppl I used to see them in customer service really nice but this time there was a rude manger Jessica not talk professional without any respect to customer I never deal with her before but after that I don't like even go buy stuff as I used to it hey lady your job to treat customers nice and make them happy for any reason they come to you is part of your service if you couldn't give them a solution at least talk nicely to customer Regular customer

I normally shop at the HyVee on 51st and center. After discovering empty shelves for several of the items on my shopping list, I decided to go down the street to the 90th and center Hy Vee. Wow, what a difference! Well stocked, no waiting at checkout and friendly staff. Way better than the 51st store and worth the extra drive to shop at the 90th location.

HyVee is the go-to grocery store for us! There are several locations fairly close to home, and you can't beat the feul saver discounts! Plus, the stores we visit are typically well kept with minimal liter in the parking lot and friendly staff. Would be nice to have additional checkout lines open late at night, but that's my only complaint!

All the employees are Extremely Helpful at the location just off 90th & Center 8809 Center.. Friendly as well, Including Pharmacy.. I usually don't wait very long at All for Help there.. Pharmacy also has a drive-up. Their prices tend to be higher than other chain stores however They offer good sale prices And coupons weekly.. Did you forget your coupon at home? No worries, You can still get the item at the coupon price.. Mention Coupon item Verified and coupon price.. Friendly Cashiers Their Store Manager is also the Best Over HyVee locations I've shopped

I went to the Hy-Vee gas station, not the store itself. They never seem to have a great selection of non-carbonated zero-sugar drinks. A lot of the fruits and other sandwiches they offer in the open refrigerated section are overly expensive.
