We had a 1 number shaped cake order. They exceeded my expectations with such a beautiful design and the cake also tasted so much better than what I have had in other bakeries. Thank you so much to the bakery team of Hy-vee.
Last night I came in at 10:49 (I litterally looked at the time because the cashier tried kicking me out due to the time) I came in to buy a lighter and there was a man in line before me. So I decided I would grab some gum real quick. As I was choosing my gum (Lynn F the employee there) told me I needed to come check out now, that I didn't have time to grab by gum. I asked her what time they close, she said 11pm. I said well it's 10:49 I'm right by the register I'm litterally just grabbing gum what is the problem here. She said they had to run something on the register so it was time for me to go using hand gestures to get me moving. I had to put my gum down and hurry and check out for my lighter. I gave her a $20 and she counted $19 and put it in my hand. She then took the $19 back out of my hand and re counted it and put it back. I just couldn't believe her mean attitude about me just grabbing gum. I know it's frustrating when your about to close, but it's a quick gas station I was buying 2 items at the register counter. I could not believe this awful experience of her arguing and forcing me to put down my gum and come check out that second.
I ordered a cake online and they didn’t make it. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have it made. Was told that they must have not checked their online orders.
