I've been meaning to go here for a while. The decor is nice and the workers were welcoming when we came in. I had a few questions about the menu and they answered them clearly. I got the Loco Moco: a bed of rice with hamburger steaks topped with over-medium eggs. You can't really see the steaks in my picture, but they were delicious! My girlfriend got the katsu curry with white rice and Mac salad; she said she enjoyed it. I got us a guava cake to go. A little pricey at $5, but it was a delicious treat after a few hours! Definitely worth it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Macaroni Salad
Very chill and welcoming environment. I was greeted with excellent customer service. The lady answered all my questions very well and they went over the top to make sure we felt welcome and had a great experience. I got the one meat plate- garlic chicken, white rice, veggies, and passion fruit Hawaiian Sun. It was more than enough food and a great price. I will definitely be back. I wish they had a location more up north!! They also have gluten free options. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Meat Plate
Haven’t had much Hawaiian food in Provo but this is the best by far. The guys in the kitchen and the register are super chill and friendly and the food was amazing. I got the teriyaki chicken and the mac salad with rice (pretty standard but really good) and my wife got the garlic chicken with the same. That was so good. Would definitely recommend!! Born and Raised local from Hawaii, this place is legit. Think the owners are also musicians too? They were playing some live music right after they cooked our meal up. Was like being back home. 10 out of 10. Keith Lee needs to visit this place Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Omgosh, 10 out of 10!!! The food is amazing and there was live music when I picked up my order! That was fun. They were speedy and so kind! Will always recommend. When I first moved here last year, I door dashed an order here and knew I had to try it. Then all my friends would rave about it too. So glad I finally took the leap!!! A colleague and I went to try "Provo's best Hawaiian". Well here's how it went. $17 for a two meat platter (that's expensive). To make things worse - the plate is super small (more money for less food). We were told 2 pounds of food (nope not even close). The chicken and beef were SUPER dry and frankly pretty tasteless. It's a shame restaurants continue to serve sh!t and charge this insane amount for flavorless food (BTW my colleague had the same sentiments, she ordered something different). If you want REALLY good and tasty food Mo Bettas is constantly great. I have no idea how this place has so many raving reviews (suspicious no?). Save yourself a lot of money and try somewhere else. Visited with my wife, sister, and her husband. We got a variety of stuff, including the poke, which my Hawaiian wife loved (and everyone else did too!). The katsu was great, the Portuguese sausage was surprisingly good considering that I don't really like sausage, and the spam musubi was a treat. I had the furikake garlic chicken, which was very flavorful. My only complaint is that my chicken was a little sugary, but eating it with rice and Sriracha evened it out nicely. I'm glad we decided to eat here, we found a spot that we're sure to visit many times!
