I walked in and it was dead. The employees were talking among themselves. I wasn't even acknowledged or greeted when I walked up to the counter. I had ordered online using their app, which is very difficult to use. The app said my order would be done in 20 minutes when it was done in 2 minutes. I ordered a medium ice coffee with extra cream and light ice, salted caramel flavor. The ice coffee was too dark as well as the salted caramel stuck to the bottom of the cup. I had ordered a toasted french toast bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was barely toasted at all. I sat down to eat my bagel and that's when it started to pick up and get busy. After this horrible experience, I will be going back to Dunkin Donuts. I noticed that Honey Dew is more expensive than Dunkins and they charge for every little thing. The fact that they ignored my instructions on my order, upset me because it wasn't busy at all. I placed my order when I was sitting in the parking lot at Honey Dew Donuts

I love the honeydew menu because they offer more meats than other breakfast sandwich places. I am sad that there are not more honeydew locations closer to me. One of my biggest complaints about this location is how quickly they throw out your receipt when you have an app that requires you scan receipts.
I have been going here for years. Honey Dew is the best! Awesome customer service and great food!

The coffee always tastes fresh and there's a great breakfast food selection. Compared to the Dunkin donuts chain, I think Honey Dew quality is superior in the sense of freshness. I will also note that if you are a bagel lover, the bagels and bagel sandwiches at Honey Dew are not only bigger, but taste much better.
Mocha muffin tops are to die fo! Staff is always happy and nice...

The staff is really friendly and quick and attentive. The food is good. Honestly it's just your average coffee shop nothing spectacular but nothing bad good spot to get a quick bite and a coffee in the morning
