In general, it's a pleasant establishment, but there is room for improvement. While some dishes were intriguing, others felt somewhat predictable. I wasn't particularly pleased that water was included in the bill, although it might be customary for this locale. Wonderful cuisine, easily comparable, and, in many cases, over performing Michelin-starred restaurants. Wonderful location and an attentive service. As always in the Netherlands, don’t expect the service to be fast… In this place it us very warm and attentive. The food is very creative and delicious. One of the repeating themes is cooking the same main ingredient in different ways - wonderfully designed culinary journey. Great wind list with very good pairing to the food. To sum up, this place is worth coming for on purpose.

The food is excellent but the service is so slow and sloppy that it takes away a big part of the joy. A few years ago that was much better. I adjusted my rating from 5 starts to 3 for this reason

Great food and serving but the building is a bit lacking. Looks more like a restructured old farm than a restaurant, especially in the first room. In some other rooms, it looks better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This is a fantastic place that deserves a Michelin star. If someone cooks like this in France he will get 2 stars..... Very refined cuisine and attentive service. The interior is not to everybody's taste but the terrace is nice. Well done!
