Stopped by here on a Sunday night and it was shockingly quiet and not sure why - the food was fantastic! All four rolls were fresh and unique in their own way. My daughter and I love HK Sushi and it's so close to home. The food - fantastic, the atmosphere - cozy and quiet, the staff - friendly and attentive. We ordered the Cajun Edamame, tempura shrimp and vegetables, Austin Roll, Tiger Roll and Sushi Dinner. All delicious. Cannot wait to go back and try other dishes. This place is great! Staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is amazing, the presentation and plating is superb. Please try them out so they can continue to make amazing food! Tonight we had a grilled beef appetizer, lucky roll, wasabi tobiko, torro, sea bass, and red snapper. All of it was top notch! We have always enjoyed our visits here. Today we had Gyoza, Cajun edamame, the Fort Worth roll, TTC roll, and Austin roll. Presentation was great! My favorite was the Austin roll. It melts in your mouth and has such a soft mouth-feel. My husband's favorite was the TTC roll for the balanced textures (crunchy and soft). Blown away! Stopped in because of all the great reviews, and it did not disappoint. It is very nice and clean inside. Everything we got tasted so good, and it was all fresh, served on beautiful dishes, and thoughtfully decorated. Amazing price for what you get! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic rolls EXCEPT I ordered an avocado roll and the avocado was extremely firm. I could barely stick a fork into it, let alone eat it. And I had ordered 2, so sadly it ruined my meal personally. (I am pregnant and ordered delivery, I can't have most regular rolls).

I’d 100% recommend trying this place. Customer service 10/10, food 10/10 in quality and quick. The food pictured is only what I got, my boyfriend got too excited and started eating before I can snap a picture. We came here on a whim, best decision! Server was sweet and very attentive. We dined midday on a Sunday. Busy, but not packed. We’re willing to make the trip to eat here again.
