Very nice and quiet cafe. Variety of comfortable seating inside and outdoors. A nice place to read, study and meet friends. I've been in Louisville for about 8 months, I wish I'd known this coffee shop from the start. My experience was a coffee latte and 3 kinds of muffins (Lemon poppy seeds, Banana, and Blueberries) All items are delicious and fresh. The coffee was professionally brewed without a burning aftertaste. This will be the number one coffee shop in Louisville! I will be excited about my next visit to try the rest of the items! Love this Heine Bros so much, workers are always wonderful, drinks well made, and good environment. Even nice sitting outside despite being right by a busy road! My only minor complaint is that the muffins always seem to have other flavors seep/absorb into them from wherever they are stored and they end up tasting quite funky which is unfortunate. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes our simple order of a coffee with cream and sugar and a beekeeper wasn't ready. They gave us our drinks finally and we drive away only to find that there was no cream or sugar in the coffee. Would not recommend this store at all. I had a conversation at the counter about my concern that LICORICE would overwhelm any peppermint tea flavor. I was assured it would not. The taste was AWFUL. I coukd not wait behind the inside line of customers to get a new drink...tried to call the store phone to relay my situation... it was FULL and not accepting messages...grrr...
