Going downhill since Kroger bought it yrs ago. No help, low stock, high prices long lines on a weekday, looking fwd to Publix opening. Starting to see Kroger products on their shelves. Employee said they are starting to go towards using Kroger's name and not Teeter over time. It's not like we can't see it's no longer Harris Teeter.

Usually this place is good but lately it’s been the worst! The deli department is seriously lacking! Ryan especially is very rude, utters under his breath, shakes his head and clearly miserable. Even other employees are rude. The people doing pick-up orders will run you over if you’re in their way, without a simple greeting or “excuse me”. This is unfortunate as we shop there VERY regularly but will be going elsewhere.

Web site sent me to wrong store and it did not screen for type D coverage provider; so I was refused because VA coverage is not valid for your RSV shot. Get the data grab and logic action fixed on your web site. Validating coverage should be first so as to avoid all the other time wasted on health screening.

Disappointing. Several times lately the weekly ad isn't available at the entrances because they don't have enough staff to unpack them from the back and put them out. If you are the manager, how much time does it take to pull out 50 flyers to have available for your customers.

Normally ok, but today had a really bad cashier. He did not apply my membership discount even after asking 3 times to check if it was applied. I had to go get a refund at customer service with the store manager lady. The cashier was also rude and not fit for the role, while the store manager's issue management was hardly mediocre.

I just walked into the store and the smell overwhelmed me, it smelled like a dirty urinal after a highschool boys football game. The women's bathroom was trashed. No excuse the store needed to smell like that or the bathroom trashed.

The pharmacy there is just terrible! The service was subpar and because I'm on a certain medication they treated me like a leper. Just an awful experience I'll never go back there again ever!!

Robust selection, but just a small inventory of each so there are many empty spaces. Produce seems to go down quickly. Staff incredibly helpful once you find someone free to assist. They take the much-appreciated "Let me show you" route instead of just pointing. The "Buy 2 get 2 free" is forever a mystery.... What happens if you buy just one? Answer seems to change depending on whom you ask.

This Harris Teeter is the best in our city! We have a ton of great HTs but Colony Place is consistently clean, stocked, and operating efficiently with kind team members. We drive a little bit out of the way to stay loyal to "our Harris Teeter" because of how much better this one is than the closest one to us, Morrocroft. The difference is vast and the longer drive is worth it!

Smaller than some Harris Teeters in the area. Overall a well kept, neighborhood store. Happy to see they’ve recently added Apple Pay. This will make stopping by the store on walks much easier.
