Food is very fresh, and employees are nice, but I always have to call 10+ times until they answer the phone and sometimes the food will come dry, and the fries would be wet.

ya well i want order from ubereats but no these people want ever answer the phone our you get constant busy cause ii guess they dont want my business for the ten time cause i dont want my food cooked near lamb our to even eat it if lamb in next container near it. bloody i may have stroke if i eat it. id like there sandwich just know id rather die thousand deaths than one even one single drop lamb enter my body ,at least answer your phone . our i hope your store goes out business

I literally made a whole order at 12:00:am midnight 1:49am now, Was late/never arrived driver picked it up, Although when the order said it's on its way and turns out the guy was partners/friends with the driver and had my food handed off for the driver to eat Full refund returned from my order but would be careful ordering at night!!

When I worked in NL, we would order there every Friday. Even though there would be minor errors with the orders on occasion we would still give them our business because they were nice. I haven't been there in over a year and today I was craving for some food from H&T, as I do not live in NL and just had knee surgery, I asked my nephew to grab my order. I ordered: 1 chopped cheese combo roll 1 cheese burger combo roll Order of onion rings 1 Philly cheese steak on a grinder bun Tell me why did I end up with 1 chopped cheese sandwich, 1 cheeseburger combo and the Philly cheese steak all for $26 and some change. When I called, the young lady named Sammy was so rude and told me to bring the food back when I explained to her that the order was wrong. I would totally bring the food back if I did not live 23 mins away and didn't just have surgery. What a rip off and just lost a customer.

Yeah yeah food is great. However the guy at the frying pan is very rude, calling me a thief and refusing to sell my portion of fries. Completely unacceptable ! I don't recommend this place to anyone Arguing before a meal?? Let no humble been enter⚠️

terrible costumer service told us 15 till food was ready didnt start making our food till 20 mins after ordered and started serving other costumers first than didnt even cook my food right

Took my girl here on Christmas to find out plastic wrappings were in her sandwich. It was disgusting. Not paying very much attention if plastic was IN the sandwich mixed with lettuce so hard to notice. Nasty, wouldn’t recommend until they get people behind the counter that care about the food they serve. That’s just one of many photos.
