I ordered a sugar cookie cake for my daughter's 18th birthday, sugar with a sunflower. This is not what I received. When I picked it up, they said they didn't know how to do flowers even though I specifically asked over the phone hence why I didn't just order online. And I ordered sugar and received chocolate chip. I've never had a problem until I came to this new location... I did not have time to wait for a new one since it was for a party...
The ice cream very good but the service no. The staff unfriendly.... Polite but with upset face and wasn't only my visit. They got worse faces when other 3 customers arrived after me. They want to be in the back watching their phones (I supposed).
Terrible, stale cookies. Mind you, I paid an exorbitant amount for 13 cookies. $22 to be precise. These are the most expensive cookies I have ever bought, and they are stale and over-baked. Super crumbly! Cookies at Walmart are 100% better quality and they give you 20 for like $4. Will never come back! Also, your employees are all inexperienced teenagers. How can you over-bake a cookie? By hiring inexperienced teenagers who don't even want to be there to begin with... and stop with the tipping!!! I won't be freaking tipping someone for serving me pre-made, over-baked and expensive cookies!
I came here on a Tuesday right around opening around 11:10. When I walked in the door, no one greeted me. I said, how are you today to what appeared to be the manager on duty training a younger lady. She replied "I’m fine" In that moment, I was ready to walk right back out the door because her energy was terrible. I drove 15 minutes so I was going to get my ice cream. It was really disappointing because I paid over 8 dollars for ice cream after the manager told me that I could not mix more than one flavor in the small container which I have never had that experience at any other Great American cookie shops. The problem I have is the container was not full to the top for eight dollars; I expected the container to at least be filled to the top. The young lady who served me was obviously training she was really sweet and polite; but her manager sat in the back and did not help her. I also bought a cookie and that’s when the manager came out her office for whatever reason. At that time I took the opportunity to explain that I did not feel like I was served a proper serving, especially given the price and the manager agreed but that was it. I did not ask for a discount, I just won’t be back. and I will share about my poor customer service experience at this location. The manager was a Hispanic lady, who appeared to be angry and miserable. I have never had this experience at any other Great American cookie. One positive thing was it was extremely clean.
I just left from this place, poor customer service as always (young kids) I understand they are young but have better customer service and if u dont want to be at work dont go period!!!. They had mo cookies made everything was sold out. The cookies in the glass thing they looked old. Better customer service and have cookies made this place will get a better google rating.
I just want to give a huge shout out to Miss Esmeralda at Marble Slab/Great American Cookies off Cypresswood and 45!!! I asked her for a last minute cookie cake with a soccer design! She made it fresh for us and she did an amazing job creating the design with Cristiano Ronaldo theme!! My daughter pointed out the little subtle Siiiuuu in the cookie too!!! Thank you thank you thank you for putting the love into it! 🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗 And I love that you have some amazing hype friends to work with and that they said how proud you were of your work!! 🥰 THANK YOU AGAIN!
They did not have what I ordered, but they substituted my order without my permission. I called back and they said they were out.
The next day I went back and the manager Shawn could care less that I was charged but did not receive my order. He refused to come to the front to help.
The customer service is horrible here and so are the cookies. They are not the same as the mall go figure?
First of all the cookies always have a pine sol after taste to them second the employees seem to not want to be there and finally just a bad overall customer service experience. If I could leave 0 Star I would.
i ordered cookies from here off doordash and though they were perfectly cooked and soft, they tasted like pure cleaning chemicals had to throw away $58 worth of cookies away.
