Like other reviews, I would like to give them a 0 star review. All of my kids like these cookie cakes for their birthdays, so I get several a year, and maybe once I will get one that is not an oily mess. You pay nearly $50 for this mess, and they want a tip! Shame on you Great American Cookie Cake!

I wish I could give 0 stars! First off they spelled his name wrong I had to go back and have them correct it. Them this just looks absolutely horrible I took other pictures for comparison the mickey mouse is my cookie and the other ones are the display ones you can buy. Not happy at all for the price of these this looks terrible!

Their cookies are scrumptious and the large cookie cakes had very creative, intricate designs. Will definitely consider using them for birthday parties or other special occasions. 🤗

Cookies are delicious. Lots of variety to choose from, which is awesome. The customer service gentleman who helped me was kinfa rude and seemed annoyed. He left all my boxed up cookies behind the register after checking out and just walked away. I had to shuffle my full arms to reach and grab them. but again, great cookies. I loved them.

This location is especially good with really nice people and great service. Even with a last minute order. Cookies are yummy as always

Cookies never disappoint but the employee young blonde hair girl as much as she was fast with getting orders she was not attentive towards everything else. I am no sure if its just her or who ever trained her but she would get our order and seem inpatient if you take long and would just grab a cookie without actually asking if thats the cookies we wanted and ring us up than leave without a "thank you or good bye or do you want the receipt" I saw receipt piled at both registers, i grabed mine under other receipts.
