It has been awhile since we have gone here but I will admit the whole experience was AMAZING! Hostess greeted us right away and seated us and got our drinks, waitress did a great job with refills and getting our order correctly. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and 2 calzones and everything was great. Pepperoni was a little spicy which we love ans sausage looked to be house made which is always nice. Great pizza and a great place! I loved my pizza there. It was cooked perfectly and hit the spot. I do think the atmosphere was a little off but it was met with great service from the team! The food when we finally got it was very good. The wait is ridiculous! Our waiter was like a robot with zero personality and then ignored us. We got our breadsticks right before 1 pizza...and the pizza was wrong. Then 15 min later we got our second one. Had to reorder the first. It was the longest supper ever. Then we had to listen to screaming kids because their wait time was forever too. We were the only ones there for 20 min. We shouldn't have to be there for nearly 2 hours. Food tasted good but was not not any better than some take out we have gotten. Didn't even get a pic of the second pizza because our kids were starving by the time it came. We went be back. The last five times we've ordered delivery is a guessing game... will they get our order correct? They use to be reliable and in the past 7 months, not souch. Our order is usually missing something. This time we were missing the mushrooms from our Fetilicious. It's good pizza when they get it right... but I'm about to write them off as an option. Have a gluten intolerance so when I go out for pizza I need to have a gluten-free option. I have tried many places around Appleton and the Glass Nickel Pizza co by far has the best GF pizza crust! My mom who doesn't have to eat GF also says their pizzas are the best in town. Highly recommend. Ordered a vegan pizza and they put real sausage on it in a mix with the beyond meat. Had 2 vegetarian people and 1 vegan accidentally consume it. When called about the issue, was "I smelled the pizza before it went out and it didn't smell like sausage"... not only that but offered to remake it (lost our appetite) or get store credit (not coming back after what happened). Did get a refund after asking. Made another excuse saying "we have a new person in the kitchen so it might have just been an accident". We like to go on Mondays for trivia. The service can be a little slow at first because all the trivia players come at the same time but the waitstaff are very communicative and attentive. Once the 15 minute rush is over, food comes out fast and service is good. It’s also nice that our bill is settled before trivia is over so when the game is over we can head home. Service was terrible.. we had to get up and get a refill on my drink because the waitress didn't come back to check on us.. after waiting for almost 40 minutes for a pizza. Enough is enough.. I can understand if they where busy but there was 4 waitresses and 6 tables full at the time of this and our table being one of them.. paid for what we had minus a pizza.. waitress was very rude and non apologetic. The pizza here is amazing, but if you’re going to have Alfredo on your menu it shouldn’t taste like a cheap frozen meal you can get at the grocery store. It had absolutely no flavor, and the noodles were wildly overcooked. Even the frozen kind from uncle mikes is 1000x better. Just take it off the menu or do better. Very good pizza! My fav is The Ranch but all of their pizza is good and can’t go wrong. They have an outdoor patio for when the weather is right! Plenty of parking and easy to get to from the mall/interstate.
