Not pleasant experience.
Understaffed.
Karaoke mic was not available. One speaker broken.
They should have AC in place but no!
On organizational perspective: food has been delivered very late.
Staff was often outside.... or somewhere else.
Price too high.
We did not have enough chairs.
A nice place to keep youths entertained, but a little overpriced on their food and drink.
The package deal (an hour of jumping followed by a 'laser shooting game') for €17.50 per head is reasonable considering that they will leave the place happy, exhausted and ready for a meal and bed.
WAY better than them spending the school holidays on their smartphones, but not a place to which they insist on returning...
In summary, it's OK if there's not many other options. Two or three times a year is the max!!!
I had my kids birthday celebration very recently. I experience Bad management, place stink , I was offered lemonade in broken jar which after long conversation was replaced with better one.
One of the kids jacket was stolen...yes u hear me right stolen while we were away for the laser game. Mid-workers searched literally every possible place and it was gone. So be careful when u r there you cant leave your table.
The place is not secured like many other similar places where kids can not go out without the help of elders....here they can easily open the door and exit place so one has to be alert at the door.
The all inclusive party is not very cheap and has very few options on menu to choose from. The all inclusive party promise that the kids can choose whatever they want from menu and whatever is limited to kaassoufle, kipnuggets, patats, kroket .
There are many much better places than this.
Update: The day I posted this review I received call from the owner of the place. He was kind and also offered two tickets for my kids to come again( which of course we don't want )
He was willing to know improvement points. And also showed willingness to help searching lost jacket.

Place for kids bdays. A bit loud at seating area’s and could use a more personal touch by a bit more space separating the kids bday tables. Also more security camera would nice with proper awareness of course.
