Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant! Spent $10 on a chili dog (not even the meal) and I received a hot dog laying next to the bun! The bun wasn’t even upended up! No chili, no cheese, and a scoop of onions laying underneath the bun! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went in around 1 for lunch. We were happily greeted. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He also went around making sure everyone was having a good experience that was dining in. All the other workers seemed in a great mood, happy to be there. The food was absolutely delicious as it always is. We went back for a butterfinger concrete. It only takes a few minutes for me to get my order every time. I can actually sit down and enjoy my meal in the time that I get for lunch. At other places I have to take it to go and try to eat in the car. The staff is ALWAYS doing something. They make you feel welcome and show you that they care about your experience. Unlike other fast food restaurants, where the staff acts like you are bothering them. Terry is a mad man in his station. Always working hard and making sure everything is right with everyone's order. Of course, the rest of the staff does their part. Great teamwork! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came a little after 10 and was told they weren't doing deserts. Ordered food and at the window the girl was very short. We ordered chicken strips, a hot dog and cheese curds. Didn't ask about any sauce. She gave me the bag of food then immediately disappeared. I Sat at the window until another employee and called her. I asked about sauce and all I could understand was they didn't have something, they practically threw two fry sauce at me and closed the window. The food itself was good, just lacking condiments. We stopped in here after a long day zip lining and white water rafting. The staff was super friendly, getting our order promptly and correct. We had to order food gluten free. I recommend the lettuce wrap! We got the ice cream to go! Freddy's is a chain steak burger place, definitely better than McDonald's. The price is not bad, 4 of us bought burger combo's with 1 upgraded to a shake, and we spent $53. The employee that took our order was more than willing to check on allergy information for me, as each of us have food allergies, I just wish I got her name to give her kudos! My son couldn't eat a whole lot on the menu, as he has egg allergies, but they did accommodate with a lettuce wrapped burger that he said was pretty tasty! I came in here tonight and had a great time. Not only does Freddys usually have fast service, but had one of the friendliest cashiers I’ve encountered here, Jennie. She took our order, was patient, and even checked up on us which I really appreciated. I could sense her kindness was genuine and hope Freddys treats her well. My name is Bishop, I work for Buckhorn and went to Freddie s tonight and had a wonderful experience.. I went through drive thru and the man at the window was awesome.. my food was awesome... It took a little time but the car in front of me ordered 15 burgers!!! I expected to wait a little while and it was well worth the wait... I had the California with onion rings.. AWESOME!!!
