My first visit to Fratellis was great. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Calm lighting is excellent. It was not really noisy. That’s a plus. All the food I had was wonderful. I wouldn’t criticize anything I ate. Staff was pleasant. Will return and would highly recommmend giving them a visit. It's pretty good, big portions. I noticed all the tables is asking for to go box. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs and porkchop. Price is reasonably cheap. Calamari is okay. I feel like the marinara is too sweet. But all in all great dinner experience. I made a reservation at the beginning of February for the end of the month on a Sunday night at 6:30pm for 2 people. There was a good crowd when we arrived, but not super crowded. We arrived 10 minutes early and they sat us right down at our table. For our appetizer, we ordered the steakhouse bacon ($13.09). It was interesting. Not terrible, but a high price for 1 piece of bacon. The Boursin cheese that came with it was very good. The free bread and bread dipping oil was a nice addition. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Only I ordered a drink and none of the cocktails on their menu interested me so I ordered a dirty Shirley with house vodka ($9.50). It tasted good. For dinner, my husband and I ordered the same exact thing. 7oz Filet Mignon with a side of onion and Parmesan hash browns ($43.99/person). We switched out the fratellis salad with the Caesar salad ($3.49 upgrade/person). We both ordered our steak medium. My steak was more medium rare and my husband's was medium so we ended up switching steaks. The steak was enjoyable, but not enough for me to make a special trip back here for it. The hash browns tasted fine, but we needed to add salt and pepper. For dessert we ordered bread pudding ($7.99). That was super yummy and a great way to end our meal. I also felt the price was reasonable. I gave this place a 4 because of the obvious difference in temperature of the steaks and the fact they aren't as transparent about their pricing. I do think the flavors could have been a little better as well. I will say that we had a great waiter and I appreciated that she never tried to get me to upgrade anything to spend more money. She did well with keeping up with filling my husband's water bc he drinks a lot. Overall, not a bad experience and we were thankful that we had a gift card bc our total before tip and our gift card was $134.33. I am leaving this restaurant a one star review because of the lack of accommodations and lack of accountability management at this restaurant failed to provide my family and I. It started off as a night celebrating my grandmothers 86th birthday. We had a party of 8, the manager (Chris) then separated our party 8 to two separate sides of the restaurant. He (Chris) also taunted us when other family stopped by just to wish our grandmother a happy birthday. Chris stated he did not want people just standing around. (I’ve posted a picture of persons just standing around at the bar area behind people.) somehow this is acceptable. Lastly when we received our check for the night there was a gratuity fee added to the bill. How should there be at gratuity fee added to a party of 4 and the original party of 8 was split to separate sides of the room. Once speaking with manager Chris, he was not very apologetic and in so many words stated “that’s just the way we do things here”. I am so not pleased at the we way we were treated because all my family and I wanted to do was fellowship and celebrate my grandmother birthday. I will never be back to this restaurant and if you are a person of color I suggest that you never go here either. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I was with my Brother and two other friends passing through to Myrtle Beach. We had a wonderful experience last night. Four different dinners. Spaghetti with meat sauce, Chicken Marsala, Cowboy Ribeye, and New York Strip Steak. All dinners were cooked to perfection. The House Salad is the Best. Hot rolls with olive oil dipping sauce. We received the finest service from our waitress and waiter. I Highly recommend this Restaurant to all visitors and guests. I don't think I've ever been offended by food before. This "filtet" was 44.99 + 2.49 for the mushrooms. This ribeye was 42.99 + 3.49 for some sauce. I've had better steak at Waffle House. I was a sous chef and cook in this town for 10 years. A place like this deserves better. The line was obviously staffed with underpaid kiddos who care nill about the food. I think I saw one dude in chef cuts. The manager also gave zero about the place. The risotto was two batches of risotto (they tried to "stretch" what was left) but half of it was underdone and crunchy. The side of veggies were sliced in carrying thickness of 1/8" to a full inch and barely cooked. The roasted brussel sprouts were 100% microwaved. And the only redeeming factor was the server. Y'all.... Do better. That's embarrassing. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
