After enjoying Monument van Verdraagzaamheid, visit this steakhouse that is not far away. Come here for tasty ribeye, op la and rendang if you are hungry. Visitors can have good cheesecakes at Club REX. The whole impression won't be complete without gin that is delicious here. Great coffee is waiting for you at this place. The great location of this spot makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The appealing staff welcomes people all year round. We went to Rex on a cold Friday night hoping that we can drink tea. Before trying Rex we went to a few other places just to see that they don't serve tea or coffee at night time. In that sense, Rex saved the night. Their gember thee was good and kept us warm. We will go there again. Also a fun fact: they have humorous elements in their menu and in the restaurant decoration. If you want to have a bite and drinks in Hilversum, you'll easily end up at this place. This venue has been around for years. After the restyling a few years ago, Rex is now a beautiful restaurant with a very instagrammable interior. This place has a romantic atmosphere, the food is of high quality and very fresh, great vibes and it's in the city centre of Hilversum. Be sure to finish as we did with a divine Golden Brick as dessert. Even though the airy cheesecake was also very tempting. Well done! Personally I think the restaurant is less suitable for children. It's really crowded place but it's worth because food is really good!🤌💫 I ordered a beef burger with tomato, lettuce, bbq sauce, fried onion, bacon and fries with mayonaise and my fiance ordered a crispy chicken burger also with lettuce and tomato+fries with mayonaise. I can tell that my - with beef - was better than chicken!😅 Only thing which annoyed me is such a long time to wait but it was a dinner time so a lot of people were there.

Friendly staff, great food. We got the fried shrimp, Rex full burger, Rex onion burger and fries. Another wrong with our meal. Was really nice.👍 great to sit outside and see the hustle bustle of the streets.

This place doesn't look from outside anything what it is inside , it's like hidden gem, you will seat in a sofa which is one of the comfiest seats you can wish for. Staff welcomes you with a smile and positive manner, food tastes very well. Our experience was very positive and memorable. If you are looking to have quick coffee, drink or lunch/dinner, this is the place you should definitely add to your places to go. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
