First time coming to the Pasadena location after having my excellent experience in Brea. Pasadena location did not disappoint me either. They have a hype and casual vibe with excellent service. Though they have less variety at their salad bar, they still maintain the best quality. Great shout out to our server - William. He's super attentive which made our anniversary extraordinary. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful location. There may be a bit of a wait sometimes. But it’s all worth it. The cuts of meat are so flavorful and very well cooked. Has a high ambiance. The meats come out very quickly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Salad Bar
It is good to be back again for the holidays! I was one of the lucky one invited tooth’s grand opening. Since then , I have been back many times… the cocktails are spectacular.!! I love how beautiful this beautiful renovated bank building with it’s original light fixtures and the high ceiling. So many meats to choose from.. love the salad bar! Be sure to get some soup from the side table! Happy hours drink selection all night..
It was great to try another location, the Pasadena location has a high ceiling and it looks quite beautiful. We came on a Saturday, as they have a brunch special for 49.99. The staff was quite nice, but it seems like they were quite busy. If you haven’t tried Brazilian BBQ, I would def recommend you give it a try, it is all you can eat, and you have these cards on the table where you leave green for the meat to keep coming or you turn it over to the red side to indicate that you are done. There is also a self serve salad bar, with lots of needed vegetables with the meal.
Food
I don’t know if it was just an off day, but a lot of the meat, including the house, was a bit dry. Needed to definitively ask for sauces. We would ask for medium but the meat would be quite well. They include cheese bread, and other goodies , and if you want something just ask for it, like fries for the kids.
Parking for your information is either valet, right next to the front door, or you can choose to park in the garage, and get validated in one of the shops. They did give a free desert in Celebration of our father’s bday, which was also quite nice. Thanks for the experience!

This was my first time dining at Fogo de Chāo. We started at the bar with George’s Sour and the Caipirinha. Both were delicious, and the cheese bread was delightful.
At our table, our main server was very helpful and made our evening enjoyable. I sampled all of the Steak, Pork, and Chicken options as each was presented at our table. My favorite was the Pork Belly. It was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful with just the right amount of fat to be silky smooth. The Market Table was filled with fresh options as well. From soups to smoked salmon, there is truly something for everyone. I will dine here again soon.

Cheesy Bread
Came here solely for the happy hour items :0)
You have to sit at the bar if you only do Happy Hour. Thankfully we came early at 5pm and were able to secure seats (they get really uncomfortable after an hour cause the back rests suck).
It’s beautiful inside! It kinda gave me Vegas vibes or fancy bank vibes.
Their fried cheese appetizer with honey was soooo delicious and paired amazingly well!
All the other appetizers were so so to me (the chicken tasted awful in my opinion). I loved their cheese bread. I was super disappointed by their empanada cause it was over toasted and cut my mouth.
I loved their strawberry cocktail though!
The bartender apologized for how long the food took and said she would take 2 items off of our receipt but then she later changed her mind and only gave free dessert (which their options weren’t that great and I was full but my friend wanted it).
Parking at paseo ended up being $9 (more than a happy hour dish!) after staying for close to 3 hours. I hate parking in Pasadena.
I would come back for their normal food cause their Brazilian street corn looked amaaaazing!
potential. a lot of potential. the short rib was very tasty, and the top sirloin was easily vaporized by the time I got it to my plate.
i had meat juices splattered on me at one point. the skewers of meat could have been a bit more forthcoming--although I get it, slow it down a bit, and people won't be as hungry since there's a good amount of 'cooling off' between skewer visits. that didn't agree with my appetite or empty plate, however. again, there's potential here, and i was with family, so cut my appetite a bit short. still potential for my next visit....
the cocktails were nice, the desserts were delectable, and the service was good minus the skewer splatter. again, potential.
the Pasadena location apparently isn't part of the Paseo group, so the next door parking won't be validated. but it's underground, and close.
suggest looking at the gift cards available at certain stores, if available. the savings can help offset the parking and extra cocktails in their all day happy hour selection.
did i mention that there's a lot of potential?
pps, sorry, not as many pictures as I'd liked when there was food to see. was really hungry at the time....

During my recent visit to the restaurant, I had the pleasure of being served by Dominique, a waitress whose service was truly exceptional. She paid meticulous attention to our needs and added a touch of entertainment to our dining experience, which was a delightful surprise. Her ability to engage with customers and ensure their satisfaction was evident throughout our meal.
I would also like to mention that, in my opinion, the dinner offerings seemed to surpass the lunch options in terms of taste, despite the menu being identical for both meals. This observation might be attributed to the different ambiance or preparation nuances during the evening service.
Overall, my experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to Dominique's excellent service. I am already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this establishment to others seeking a memorable dining experience.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chao, and I must say, the experience was made truly exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Leda, Jennifer, Yare and Kendall. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Throughout the meal, they were incredibly attentive, ensuring that we were doing okay and that we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience, and I cannot praise them enough for the exceptional customer service. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience at Fogo de Chao, hopefully you run into the same crew! You won't be disappointed.

I had a stomach ache and had loose bowels all day. Service is not good, but I still give tips. I think the food is not clean. Nobody filled the water.
Two people cost $200. I miss The Salt Lick BBQ in Texas.
