Flour City is my go to spot for all my pastry and bread needs. In particular, I love the pastries. When I’m needing a quick breakfast, a good mushroom danish or a spinach and feta croissant goes a long way. But your classic plain or almond croissant is also so, so good.

This place has the best bread in rochester. It’s located at the public market and the people that work there are very kind. They have pastries: croissants, cannelle, sourdough campaign bread.

Very exciting that Flour City has so many vegan options! Sunday breakfast included French Toast with their amazing bread and there are also various croissants (plain, chocolate, and almond). Love this place.

First time enjoying an incredible breakfast sandwich at the market. Wow, the croissant was buttery and flaky, the bacon cooked to perfection, the shredded cheese melted nicely under the cooked egg. So good. You must try one.

Fantastic shop. Tried a cruffin, croissant, and a bagel & all of them were amazing. This place reminds me so much of an awesome bakery back home - and I haven't been able to find anything as good since I moved away. Until now! I'll definitely be back here!

Sausage egg age cheese croissant was phenomenal. More flavor than any breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Shoutout to the Reddit thread from 2022 on top breakfast sandwiches in Rochester. Solid.
