About
Flavours Of India is pretty near Klockers Hus. You can share perfectly cooked butter chicken, broth and lamb with your friends and have a good time here. It's nice to taste good mango lassi. Guests don't highly appreciate halva and wine at this restaurant. The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Spectacular service is something that people note in their reviews. You may be impressed with low prices at Flavours Of India. It's always a good idea to try something new, enjoying the charming atmosphere. But clients rate this place below average on Google.

I went here with my sister on my birthday though it took awhile to get our food, I was really satisfied with my order . I love the butter chicken . Yummy! I also liked the vibe inside. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 300–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
If I had a chance of giving ZERO stars I would have. Me and my wife are from India. We live in Norway and have visited a lot of restaurants in Norway. This is the worst ever. Owner is from Afghanistan. Cook is from Indonesia. This was confirmed by the owner when we complained for the food and the service. We ordered dal makhni. And when we complained that there was no salt. The owner himself said that they did not make this fresh, but took out frozen stuff and warmed that up for, Dal cost kr. 265. We also complained on Paneer nan to the owner. He said sorry we did not have paneer and used just std. cheese instead. Paneer Naan cost kr. 69. butter Chicken that we ordered was the worse ever. kr. 310. This place is a disgrace to indian kicthen. Please do not visit.
The food was good, with variety of typical chicken and lamb dishes including an array of vegetarian and vegan. The service was also good. The setting had traditional indian pieces. They also allowed separate billing which was handy as we 5 were all from other countries and companies together on a business trip.
They have vegan options so that's pretty good. Ok food. Good portions. Some of the staff might want to learn their own menu better though. All in all I would say that the food is better than the atmosphere.
Understaffed, a long wait (because of the missing staff) and generally the worst Indian food I have ever had. We (2 people) waited for 10 minutes before receiving a menu and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes before they took our order. The wait for the actual food was OK, but what we received was not. The chicken Tikka masala tasted creamy and was generally tasteless. The lamb in the botti gosht tasted good, but was served with a sliced raw onion.

Good food, service was terribly slow considering how empty it was. 30 minutes just to get table cleared, not nice sitting at a dirty table for so long. Took another 50 minutes to get food delivered. Waiter didn't even comment on the waiting time.
Really the best food in town!

5 star taste, 4 star for price. It's especially expensive during the summer.
