Perfect place for breakfast. My daughter an I visited here while on a weekend getaway. There was a wait which is pretty typical in Pegion Forge. Ordered Walker's Breakfast Skillet which comes with pancakes and my daughter ordered an omelette. Skillet was really good, pancakes were ok. Daughter loved the omelette. Favorite item the biscuits oh my were they good. Order extra you won't be disappointed. Our server was fabulous, very friendly and attentive.

My wife and I had the cinnamon pecan pancakes and the breakfast skillet with bacon. I think it had a better name but I don’t care what it was all called. It was so good! I almost forgot to take a picture. Sorry it’s half gone in the picture. It was just so good!

Sticky Bun Pancakes
First time here, and we got the buffet. It was great! A table of 60 came in right behind us, and everything stayed stocked the entire time. Staff was very busy but still on top of everything. They were helping each other and we didn't want for anything. The food was amazing and reasonably priced for a buffet. We will definitely come back here!

Pumpkin pancakes were really good. Rest of the meal was just ok. Our waitress was very quick, not chatty and disappeared after she dropped the food. I will try another pancake place next time.

Flapjack's is a regional "institution." You haven't really experienced local restaurants until you go to one. We've always enjoyed our food here. The only item I don't personally prefer is the hash brown casserole, but that's personal preference.

First, the staff is super efficient, kind, and attentive. Right down to the bus boys.
However, I had the Walker's Cabin skillet which was good. It's hash browns with two eggs your way and biscuits and gravy on top. But, I asked for over easy eggs and they were cooked thru. Not nearly enough sausage gravy. Also comes with 2 pancakes which were rather tough and chewy.
My wife had something that came with 2 eggs your way, bacon with a side of 2 pancakes. She agreed completely with my opinion about the pancakes being tough and chewy.
Now having said that. They were very, very busy AND it was out first time there. So we don't intend to be mean or judgemental. We will certainly give it another try the next time we see one.

We had a wonderful breakfast here this morning. Flapjacks earned the 5⭐️ I don't give them out unless everyone was totally satisfied with everything. The restaurant was clean, our server Sarah was very attentive and nice. I recommend the mixed Berry pancakes! Delicious 😋

We were really looking forward to having breakfast at Flapjack's after receiving a recommendation. We were seated right away. The place was clean and the service was good. We both ordered the Walker’s Cabin Skillet.
(Skillet of hashbrowns, topped with a split cathead biscuit, two eggs, and smothered in sausage gravy and shredded cheeses. Choice of bacon or sausage.) They were out of skillets so the meals came out on plates (not a big deal). We had both asked for the hash browns to be crispy. They were not. Not only were they soggy there were very few on either plate. My wife ordered her eggs over easy. They came out hard with no runny yoke at all. Neither plate was very warm, certainly not hot. They were just OK. My wife's pecan pancakes were very good, although the pecans were just put on top not throughout the pancakes. My pancakes were undercooked and doughy in the middle and I couldn't eat them. Overall we were disappointed.

Went here with my girlfriend and 8 month old son during a vacation trip. My girlfriend had the multi grain pancakes which they said were one of the most sold dishes there. However, my girlfriend said they did not taste very good to her. I had the buttermilk mixed berry pancakes and they were amazing! They had a high chair for my son to sit in.

The pancakes were yummy and there is a huge choice of pancakes, the fruit was fresh. The service was not that great, our server brought out food for 3 of our party of 4 and forgot about the last order. We waited almost 10 minutes before the last plate was brought out. There was no explanation, excuse or apology and they weren’t even busy.
