Good OK. The only item I like is the chicken Caesar wrap. Fries are just Ok. Service is poor. The employees are not friendly at all. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Their burger was terrible last night, the cook got mad I asked for freshly grilled beef, there’s no points or complimentary gifts for frequent customers, and they raised their double cheeseburger combo from 7.99 to 8.50 after the government lowered their taxes from 11.5% to 7%. They don’t care about their customers. Avoid fully and go elsewhere. I’ve posted my receipt as proof. If it doesn’t show it was deleted.

Not friendly employees. The food is ok! Don’t accept contactless payment as Apple Pay or Samsung Pay, almost all food establishments in the mall accept it.

Excelente burger and service. This 6 oz burger they have is what the Whopper used to be. Will come again. It was my first time here.

We went with our family of four to order 12 mins before closing time at Plaza del Caribe and an unpolite female employee told us that it was already closed.

Fui a las 8:20pm pregunte si estaba cerrado me dijeron que no, pido un wrap de pollo y me dieron el pollo dañado a tal punto que el olor salía de la bolsa cerrada. Las empleadas se dieron cuenta y como quiera me lo dieron así. Me pude envenenar solo por ellas querer cerrar antes y me imagino que si la situación fuera al revés son de las que montan un show. La empleada que me hizo la pechuga tiene una mala actitud la cual debería mejorar.
