Avoid this location. While I like most Five Guys restaurants, this one location is no where near the Five Guys standards. Definitely do not order for delivery off the website. The last two orders we did were incomplete or just the wrong order. The management staff is totally unhelpful and the store is extremely disorganized. The food is not up to the usual standard for Five Guys either, which is why I rated the food only 3 stars. Uncomfortable vibe in this store and very expensive. The employees are not very nice or attentive. The manager Mike seems like he is on some sort of drugs or drunk, and had some girl hanging out at the counter awkwardly staring at everyone. I will not be back. Avoid this five guys or all five guys if you want to not break the bank.

Took my daughters here on a date last night - their first 5 Guys experience. They LOVED getting an entire bag full of fries! We topped things off with a delicious Oreo milkshake. I hadn't been here in several years and my burger just wasn't quite what I remembered. It was a little on the dry side, though the fries were hot and delicious. I also docked a star due to the fact that last night I went on a date with my 7 & 5 year old daughters that ended up costing $36 (!!!). Hard to justify going back based on the price alone but they did love the experience. The peanuts are a nice touch as well.

Place was clean and the staff was very nice. The food was good not great very over priced. We had two burgers, two drinks and shared fries $35 later. We continue to visit cause it’s close to home but I think next time we will just keep driving downtown and have a better meal. 😐

Did you know you can get a grilled cheese and add a patty to it with toppings? Well my boyfriend found out on tik tok and let me tell you… it is delicious. I got grilled cheese with 1 patty, mushrooms and onions. It may be even better than a regular burger, which I didn’t think was possible. Great place and hamburgers. This is the best five guys in Winston, the guys and girls that work their provide excellent service and cook amazing food. If you want a classic burger this five guys is the place. I have been constantly going to this one for over three years and it’s super rare that anything is wrong or bad here.

Called in my order and it was ready when I got there. They fixed the fries then, though, so they would be fresh. Employees were very friendly, more so than most other chain restaurants. I was impressed with that. I hadn’t been to a Five Guys before, but I will be back. I like the fact that they have peanuts for anyone to have as well. Burger was great, fries a bit soggy but most expensive burger, fries and a drink I've ever had. Don't think I'll visit again for a $22 combo. Price per person $20–30
